River Edge Resort & Steakhouse

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Western Montana. The food is amazing and if you want to meet real Montana locals, this is the place. Kindra and staff are the absolute best at what they so and make you feel right at home too!

We showed up with a party of 7. So accommodating with amazing service. Right on the river with a mini casino. The food was spectacular and so delicious. The Clark Fork Ribeye was the best for me. But my family who had prime rib thought that was better. Just saying we will be back for certain! 😋

Hands down the absolute BEST dining experience!! Our waitress (did not catch her name she blonde hair in a ponytail) was so sweet and kind. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I like my meats beyond well done, my husband likes his blue (beyond rare) this was the ONLY place to get both of our orders made perfection!! We have not stopped talking about it since we left. We were able to park our semi truck across the street and enjoy our time at dinner and then a walk down to the bank of the river where we watched trout jumping all around. An incredibly peaceful time. We will stop here every single time we get a routed this direction!! If you have not visited here you are seriously missing out on a treat.

Enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks show. They gave free meals. Highly recommend checking this place out if your looking for a place to camp out.

Great place overlooking the river for a good meal and tasty drinks. Excited to see the expansion this summer!

On recommendation from a resident in Missoula, river views in the snow were beautiful and the service was prompt. Ordered a French dip and rare as it may seem had au jus left over. Steak fingers were tender and delicious.

We were driving from Glacier NP to Spokane and really in the mood for good filling quality steak for dinner. River Edge Steakhouse was perfectly at the midpoint of the trip on I-90 and man was it worth the wait for this place! High quality steak with a diverse efficient menu that even has a salad bar!

This place is a little hidden gem. The river is so beautiful, the steak is great, the mountains as a backdrop make it magical. Great food and a fun cabiny place to stay!

Nice smaller RV park right on the banks of the Clark Fork River. Great restaurant bar small casino and tiny liquor store all in one. everything I had from the restaurant was absolutely wonderful with a great menu and friendly service spaces are a bit narrow for most rigs but they can accommodate a few larger eggs there's only 13 spots in the park so make your reservations early close and easy freeway access. laundry and showers are fine clean and get the job done for you enjoy your stay.

Best meal we've had on the road. Service great. Drinks great. Food great!

We were staying at the motel next door so I ate here a few times, and can highly recommend. Extremely friendly staff (I even forgot my wallet one day and they trusted me to start a tab for my meal!). Their breakfast potatoes were by far my favorite thing -- perfectly crispy and a great side to my eggs. The coffee was fantastic one morning and a little weak the next time -- very minor.

What an absolutely wonderful mother's day at the River Edge Resort & Steakhouse. The food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was the best and we even enjoyed great conversations with other guests.

We had a great stay and dinner here passing thru on the way to Washington state. We stayed in the RV park and were able to get down to the river to cool off as it was hot this summer. The prime rib dinner we had was cooked to perfection and the clam appetizer the perfect start to dinner. It was busy, but the waitstaff were on top of things and kept up with the crowds. Would come back if we're in the area. Or, we might have to take a road trip - the prime rib was that good!

Great food! We have had dinner twice and no complaints. They have a salad bar!! Just wish they would add cottage cheese and kidney beans!

May-2021 What an awesome place & great group of people. Their food is so so good and they are very accommodating on food allergies. But for one, ALL of the staff are friendly & make you feel welcome. We've been several times on our travels in Montana and have never been disappointed. Hats off to everyone for a job well done 👍

Great! Simple, but great. The coffee was good, the BLT was perfect... This place is in the middle of nowhere and there's hardly any advertising for it... It's nothing fancy but totally did the trick.

The waitress/staff was so nice too. Also, the location is really beautiful... The restaurant inside isn't amazing, but they have a back area that's really sunny and it has big windows right next to the river. So cute. A nice stop on our long drive.

Food was good, staff was great. Plus it was fun to play the slot machines a little bit.
