These folks were AMAZING. The animals had safe and natural habitats. They seemed to be comfortable and some even happy to be on display. The crow had a little rehersed hence she would do and even said "hello." She made a big racket when you tried to walk away. The otters were FANTASTIC!

Went Monday for my daughter birthday her favorite animal is otters 🦦 and I was so excited they had artistic otters that you can book so we did. Was really cool to get to see them work with trainers and see them up close. Luke and Mitch were so cute. I definitely recommend booking this. After we were done with that we walked around and checked out the other animals. Fun family activity.

Had a great time with my son the exhibits were cool and the wolf's were amazing. Just wish there was more animals there to see but it's a good thing that they didn't because that means there are less injured animals that are being rehabilitated. The staff was awesome and very friendly as well. The main entrance/gift shop was limited on souvenirs but it was OK and they had an absolutely gorgeous guest services worker/cashier that was very friendly as well.

The habitats for the animals were very natural and open. Staff was so caring and friendly, willing to answer all my questions about the animals I had, and I got to see a very kind staff member explain Nubs' eye medicine as she did it. I really love seeing the animal's names and stories alongside the facts about them as well even though so many of the stories are heartbreaking to read. Thank you for the experience and I look forward to coming again!

Very clean. The brown bear literally looked at us, got in his tub of water and put on a show!

Awesome place to see wild animals. You can spend about an hour to see all the animals. Our kids love it!! The staff was extremely nice. It's definitely worth it.

We had a blast! The info sessions and meet and greets every 1/2 hour were very informative. They host events for Mother’s Day and other times throughout the year that look so much fun! Local facility treating local animals and helping keep the wild in the wild.

Been there a bunch of times but this was probably the best time when we went last week. They brought out quite a few different animals that we hadn't been able to see up close before. It is definitely worth the trip.

Great facility! Great cause! Petting zoo… good variety of birds mammals and reptiles they’re caring for. Highly recommend purchasing the guided tour - better for bigger kids and adults. Not rushed and very informative. Volunteers and contributions are crucial to meeting the facility’s goals.

First time back to Wildlife Images since they incorporated self-guided tours. The habitats are awesome..the new structures are awe-inspiring. Even though the tour was self-guided, there was staff available to answer questions and provide anecdotal information about some of the wildlife residents.unfortunately the bears were in tgeir den at the time of outlr visit but my daughter got to see the wolves, which was the purpose for our trip. Wildlife Images is a wonderful, mellow experience...I highly recommend for all ages! Also, the gift shop is super fun and very fair priced!

I didn't take many pictures but this place is a gem in grants pass. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. They have a pond with lots of different ducks and you can buy food to give them. Great place to bring kids or if you are an animal lover.

Friendly staff/volunteers, knowledgeable yet humble. Came for my birthday on a date with my husband. We happened to be there when minimal other visitors were there, which I prefer.
It was a beautiful, cold, clear sky autumn day, so almost all the animals were out and active!
I’m so thankful to all the people who care for these magnificent creatures who for various reasons are unable to be in the wild (injuries often from humans or unnaturally domesticated by humans).
Great place for kids to visit and learn! Mostly it’s a hands off place, but there are a few stations you can engage with specific animals! The signs are clear on which is which.
December looks like it’s going to be a fun time to come back!
Example: there’s going to be an event (2023) with food trucks, alcohol vendors, yet kid friendly, holiday decorations and lights! I can’t wait!

During my visit (2023) there was a bear, 3 wolf-dog hybrids, llamas and alpacas, porcupine, badger, golden eagle, bald eagle, wallabies, owls, falcons, hawks, cute little goats that you can feed, and much more!

I bought myself a beautiful handmade necklace at the cute little gift shop, where you check in/buy entry tickets. They had beautiful rocks, stuffed animals, handmade jewelry, etc.
The gift shop is a great place for local artists who would like a place to sell their wares and contribute to the animal welfare!

I would love to see more signs with name plates, fun facts, ways to engage in providing care for wildlife in nature, signs suggesting items we can donate that would help provide care for animal needs at the sanctuary (like toilet paper rolls for animal enrichment activities), maybe QR codes to the alluded research topics on their current signs? But I understand those cost money :/ I much prefer the animal receives care.

P.S.
Please note, this is not a place to bring your dogs.
These are animals that have been traumatized in various ways and will often times be affected by dogs. With few exceptions.
Medically needed dogs might be given a pass. Please check at the gift shop as they will know what their current situation will be.

Was absolutely amazing I take my daughter there at least once a month:) I love what they do there and I love seeing the animals, my daughter is three so she doesn't have the attention span for the lessons or anything yet but I try and learn what I can when I can, about 16$ for an adult and 4 and under are free, or you can buy a membership for a year (which I'll do if I ever an extra 90$ in one go) ...

Josephine County Master Gardeners are planning a new Native Plants border near the front entrance. I took some "before" pictures.
