I ordered a King Ranch Hybrid.... glad I did with only 400 miles on it. 20% to 50% of the mileage seems to be with the battery part.(In town) I haven't been on the highway yet. Lots of pickup if you need it. (I'm old and don't care about that part) Rapid Red color is awesome.... a real chick magnet/ lol

Wow--what good folks! Our water pump went out on the last leg of our road trip through parts of gorgeous Montana! Parts have to be ordered and could take a week or so. Lance, from the dealership, took us to Billings in his own truck to rent a car to go back to Nebraska. Lance wouldn't take any money for the ride! We'll come back for the car when it's done. Great customer care!

This is the best dealership I have ever gone to for service, And the people are the reason I drive 3 Hours for them to do my service. Everyone is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond what is expected these days. Thank You Randee, Lance and Halo for a pleasant experience everytime.

Hardin Ford will be the only place I will buy a vehicle if I need another new truck. The staff is amazing. They are have the best customer service. I live in Billings and would not think of taking my 2021 Ford to anyone but them to work on and get the oil changed. The vehicle has had a couple recalls and the parts have always been available. This is the first brand new vehicle I have ever bought and had the best experience. Thank you Lance and Brenda.

She has always been friendly and she explained what was done to the vehicle. I also appreciate the covid precautions they practice in the office as well. Great place to do business.

Randee is a very professional and effective service provider for and represents the Ford dealership in Hardin in a very positive way. I can not say enough great things about this place! My brakes went out driving from Wisconsin to Yellowstone-National-Park. I called them, they had me come right in so I wasn’t stuck! Randy (at the front desk) was great, she did everything she could for me including getting someone to drive me to Billings airport to get a rental car. Lance drove me to Billings, loaded all me stuff in his vehicle, waited to make sure I was able to get the rental and then helped load it up! This man is amazing and went way above and beyond. I am very grateful to them, they are great people!

The service department, which performs all of the regular maintenance and repairs, has gone the extra mile for my wife's Toyota Sienna with 232,000 miles on it. It runs and looks like new and she has high praise for everyone in the service department. She feels confident when she drives her van that it is in the best shape possible. Happy wife, Happy life.

My grandfather had been purchasing cars from Bob Smith himself back in the day and always spoke so positively about his experience, so I gave them a try. I have been leasing vehicles through Bob Smith Motors in Billings and Hardin for my last 5 vehicles, beginning in 2006. They treat me like more than a customer...We have become friends. Their service department is top notch and Helen is the most knowledgeable and accommodating gal around.
Their sales team is wonderful. With my last vehicle, I needed it in a hurry, as I was about to go over miles on my previous lease, and I had a big trip coming up. I wanted a specific model and color of the Ford Edge. Scott Mayberry found me the vehicle I needed and I couldn’t be more happy. He even went to another dealership out of town and delivered it to Billings himself. Scott is dedicated in finding me what I need when I need it!! I was on a cross country trip to get my sick wife to special medical treatment to save her life and had a car problem that stopped us in our tracks hundreds of miles from our destination. I was worried to say the least. I prayed for help and found Bob Smith Ford where an awesome mechanic named HALO ( imagine that! ) fixed my car and got us back on the road. My prayers were answered in grand fashion! From the ladies at the counter to the mechanic named HALO, I thank you all!
