I had a horrible experience at store C in Altamonte Springs but what a difference at this store. A 100% difference from the last. Christopher was exactly what one would expect from a true professional. He was attentive, informative and most of all patient. Thank you Christopher for all your help today. It was a pleasure working with you and buying our new phones with you. I would recommend anyone looking for good service to make the extra drive to this location, it’s totally worth the piece of mind.

I can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, they really are the reason for my 5 Star review. I canceled my internet router with the 800 # and was Informed to simple return it to a retail store. After driving to the first two stores who both told me they could not accept the T-Mobile router ??? I then Called this store got an instant answer and confirmation that they do accept it and that it would take no time to handle. I drove the 30mins passing 3 other T-Mobile stores and when I arrived I was instantly greeted by who was obviously the person on the phone. He knew exactly what I was there for and while he had customers he quickly introduced me to his coworker who processed everything and had me out the store in less then 5min. I only was returning a router but am still a T-Mobile customer. When I decide to upgrade I'll return to this store to do so. Thanks for the help and my apologize for not remembering names.

Art, the manager and all the employees of this store are the best I've ever experienced, since my 1st cellphone! All are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I take my senior Mother and they make her comfortable, with what she calls her "silly questions "

Tyler was very helpful and informative. He may be new to TMobile but not new to treating customers with great care and kindness. This new location is convenient and the staff here are friendly, recommend stopping by this particular store for your TMobile needs.

Whoa, let me tell you about the incredible experience I just had at the T-Mobile store in Longwood! I walked in looking to upgrade my business's communication game with a few new lines and get some pricing info, and boy was I blown away.

I had been to another store up the road, but they were too busy, so I was in a rush and found the next store closest! And man, am I glad I did!
The rep who helped me out, Chris Law, was an absolute rockstar. He knew his stuff like the back of his hand and was able to give me all the info I needed in no time flat.
But what really impressed me was his customer service skills. This guy was friendly, patient, and super willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. And let me tell you, that kind of service is hard to come by these days.

Long story short, I'm sold. I'm waiting on some account numbers from Verizon, but as soon as I get those, I'm switching over to T-Mobile and joining the family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and killer deals.

Oh, and here's the kicker: turns out my wife's family and Chris's wife's family are from the same place - Puerto Rico! I couldn't believe it - what are the odds? It just goes to show you that sometimes the universe aligns in unexpected ways.

So yeah, in short: T-Mobile Longwood? A+ in my book. And big props to Chris Law for being an all-around awesome dude.

I have to share my wonderful experience with the crew at this store. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and immensely helpful. The Sprint website directed me to a store in order to complete my plan setup. I chose Sprint because of some pricing deal with an iPhone. There was also some complication from my number getting changed over. When I presented these issues, everyone at the store worked to solve my problems, an entire group of people working hard to accommodate my needs, all while cheerful and friendly. By the time I left, I wanted another reason to come back just to interact with people who have such amazing customer service. Their treatment of me makes me want to continue doing business there.

These guys are fantastic! Cedric and Christopher did an amazing job helping my brother and I understand the process for buying our Apple watches. When we needed help, they were willing to answer any questions we had any time we came in. So kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend this store!

This T Mobile location is absolutely awesome! The location is very clean and the employees were all friendly. I had an issue with my temporary phone where I was not receiving all my text messages and possibly phone calls. Andrew helped me troubleshoot the phone and tried his best to help me. We concluded that the phone was too old (2G) to work with the current network but he helped me set up my iPhone that was broken but now fixed, so I can get an important phone call/text from apple to get my Apple ID password reset (which was a 3 day wait!). Andrew was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and patient with my situation. Hands down! This is the best T mobile location I have been to! Thanks for the great customer service!

I like this store. Usually don't have to wait too long to speak to someone here. The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable for the most part and try their best to get your issues resolved.

THANKS, THANKS AND THANKS.. sometimes we have to go a non pleasant experience to find the help we need, and that is what happens to us at this particular store. I know that we are living on a different country and we don't have a lot of knowledge about the language, and are on the process of ADAPTING TO A NEW LIFE ON A NEW COUNTRY, but by the moment we walk in and asked for help on our language they call an employee who speaks our language and through a video conversation HELP US.
This is what I call a EXCELLENT SERVICE and a real experience KINDNESS.

I have to get on here to leave a review for Christopher and his manager Adrian. Christopher spent a lot of time with myself and my whole family as we decided to switch carriers. To say he was patient with us would be an understatement. Our situation was a little tricky and confusing at times, but he remained so patient and worked with us till the end (and late at that) to give us the best options possible and explain all of our questions and concerns along the way. Additionally, I was blown away by his customer service when we ran into an issue and he actually sent a manager (Adrian) to me to resolve and fix the issue to make sure I had a working phone. As a mother to a toddler, I can’t tell you how appreciated this was. This is the type of above and beyond customer service that is rare and hard to find these days. This shows their dedication to make things right for their customers. Thank you again for this- it was this situation that Christopher handled so amazingly that made made feel confident with our switch and the customer service that we would receive from Tmobile as new customers. Christopher is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping his customers-a valuable employee. Thank you!

I would like to thank all the staff especially Alexandra- for taking the time after a long day to work with me!! I was so stressed out about getting a new phone, as I have had such a bad experience with transferring all my stuff prior-
She was so patient- and believe me, i was on the edge after working crazy hours due to bridal season!! She and the rest of the staff were amazing!!! I will be bringing them coffee as a huge thank you!! For assure me that everything was done the right way!!! Very thankful and happy client!!!

I walked in hoping to be able to afford a new phone and start a new plan but figured I’d walk away disappointed. Christopher tried a couple of options yet I still wasn’t happy with the choices. I was ready to leave but Christopher asked me to wait a moment. He wanted to check if there was a specific phone in stock. He came back with a newer phone than the one I was planning on getting with a great deal and fitting into my budget of what I could put down. He saved the day. I very much appreciate all his help. I am totally beyond satisfied with him, my new phone and the service I received.

My husband and I spent around 5 hours, at this Sprint location, over the past weekend. I was switching from Verizon to Sprint and hubby upgraded his plan/phone. My associate's name was Alexis, she was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. Nicole (another MOD) was super helpful as well. I highly recommend this location and the staff truly goes above and beyond. Thank you again for your time! I am sure I will be popping in to say HI from time to time.

This Sprint Store is the best! Khiabeth and Chase were both so helpful and patient. We bought three phones of which two were returned for different models the next day. They stayed late to make sure all of our data and information was backed up correctly and never made us feel that we were an inconvenience. She went over my bill and explained how I could save money and get the same benefits I previously had. She re-assured me several times that if I had any issues to contact her directly. After checking my bill everything she told me was exactly what she had said it would be. If you are in the market for a new phone go see them you will not be disappointed. You guys are the BEST!!!!!! I really love the customer service I received from Alexis, she was very accommodating to my needs and I am a very particular person when it comes to prices and options being added up. She took the time to understand my requests, definitely check out this Sprint location if you want optimum customer service!!!

Came in to upgrade my iPhone 11. Chris answered my questions on the new features and color options. Made sure I got the best deal to trade in and had my new iPhone 12 Pro up and running in 20 minutes. Will definitely come back to this location for any needs I’ve got.

Kiabeth was outstanding! Wow what a great employee. She was very knowledgeable on the phones available and the accessories. She also reviewed my current phone plan and was able to save me money on the new sprint plan. I can't say enough great things about her. This is the Spirit store you should be going to.

Carlos is one of the best sprint employees I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not to mention the other people working there 11/18/2017. I was impressed with the professionalism, energy, and there willingness to go above and beyond to help me out with my technical issues.
