Na Puuwai Fitness Center

Was great. For such a small island they had everything I was looking for. Squat rack/deadlift station, bench press, incline & decline, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. I was even surprised they had slam balls and even really heavy Atlas stones (didn’t get to use these though). Jump ropes, boxing, and treadmillls were also available. It’s the best gym in Molokai!

The Gym attendant is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the equipment and very friendly. Would recommend gym for anyone who wants a good environment to workout in.

Awesome! A great facility! I have two machines that are my favorite for now.

An absolute joke. The “fitness center” requires an annual membership and a pre-screening. Why even own a gym under such pathetic terms? So much for this place caring about your health.
