Enjoyed talking all things grape here. A different selection of wines from my regular shop in Hawaii, such a breath of fresh air.

Great wine store that specializes in bio dynamic wines. Super helpful staff help you navigate their selection of a lot of small producers. Good selection under 20 and some great finds you're not going to run across elsewhere in the 20-35 range.

Everything about this place is amazing!

They specialize in natural wines and have a very impressive selection.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable - able to answer any questions we had and to explain the origin of every bottle, including not just what it is and how it will taste but also details about who made it and where it was from.

We walked out with a case of delicious wine and an excellent education. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through the large selection of natural wine and also allowed me to take the time to make my own selections after making several recommendations. There was a wine tasting going on in the very cool, low ceiling basement which was also great! This place is one of a kind and I can’t wait to go back!!

I've learned more about wine from The Wine Bottega's Friday tastings than anywhere else. One of the best and definitely the most interesting wine selection in the city. If you're looking for a great bottle for any occasion, this is the place.

We had a wonderful experience and yummy wine here. It's amazing this Bottega stocks only NATURAL wine. No dyes, no animal products, no sugar, no all the other really weird things they put in mass marketed wine to make batch after batch, year after year taste the same. (I learned about this after having a baby with a dairy allergy and found out I needed VEGAN wine. That shouldn't be a thing y'all!) That's not how wine is supposed to be! If you want the good, soooo good, old fashioned wine the way it's supposed to be made, hit up Kimberly at the Bottega!

They've been amazingly helpful matching some very obscure wines that we've been drinking in Europe with the closest thing on the American market. Always super helpful and with a great selection of interesting wines. Cannot thank them enough.

The Wine Bottega, or simply "The Bottega" is hands down my favorite place to get wine in Boston. Kerri & Matt who run the shop are committed to their mission of sharing "real" wine in an accessible atmosphere and price. They favor smaller producers, many of whom are personal friends of the shop. There's a themed tasting each Friday in the cellar (Free!) which is a great way to kick off a night out in the North End or beyond.

I spoke with Kerri over the phone about delivering wine for a friend of mine and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgable. She went out of her way, even though I wouldn't be able to purchase from her, to help me find somewhere that was closer to me. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

Fabulous natural wine selection! Having transplanted from San Francisco, I found it to have a wonderful selection of familiar wines: both smart California producers as well as international picks. A delight.

We visit this wine store on the occasional Friday for their free wine tastings. They often bring in some really interesting wines for these events in the basement. It's easy to leave with an interesting bottle or two you'd otherwise never have tried.

Amazing natural wine shop! They were extremely helpful and gave me an insightful introduction to natural wine. Their deep knowledge of natural wine is only trumped by their love of Beyonce

Go here for dry, funky, natural wines in particular. If you live nearby, take the trouble to sign up for the mailing list. The tastings and specials ($100 cases!) more than merit the extra baggage in your inbox.

Have shopped here periodically over the last seven years, and am finally getting around to a review because of the excellent purchasing experience I had during these Covid times. The shop is petite, but has always had a broad selection of niche to classic wines. I've always received great recommendations from the staff, and the selection I received this time around, with the brief and precise instructions I provided on the pickup form, is excellent. Thank you!

Wonderful, low key shop for very interesting wines. A very wide variety of wines, very affordable. Emphasis is placed on "natural wines," grown and made without any additives. Worth a stop for the great information and great wine.

Fantastically knowledge of 'old style' wines. Matt is a truly careful listener and matches to requests skillfully. I have discovered all kinds of new wines each visit.

Hilarious staff with deep subject matter knowledge. They live the true natty wine life. Happy to fork over all my money in exchange for crazy good wines any day. 🍷
