Mokulele Airlines

I know people are experiencing issues lately but my experiences have overall been great & the employees on the “front line” are doing their best. I did receive numerous texts prior to my most recent flight, the time kept getting shifted. I went to the terminal to talk to someone and was told my infant & husband weren’t on the reservation and the flight was delayed 4-5hrs. The customer service person said to give her a few minutes. I didn’t freak out (maybe in my head a little bit, since I had an infant & husband with chemo-induced pneumonia), I returned to counter after 20mins and she was able to get us on the flight leaving right away. So- it all worked out! My advice is to stay calm and it will work out. Don’t freak out.
Another note, Richard S is seriously the best. He helped my mom a couple years ago with her fear of riding in the little plane and he is super responsive when issues arise. My husband was just med-evac’d to Oahu and Richard replied, on a holiday, to my email to help me with an ID dilemma for his return flight. Richard is amazing and doesn’t deserve the rudeness expressed on social media! Thank you Richard & Mokulele staff, my family appreciates all your efforts!!

We had a Top Gun pilot. Maverick and Goose flew the plane. Dive bomb to the runway.

Please post clear bag policies online! Not fair to blind side first time customers! After six flights, I’m a fan but my initial experience was stressful due to the baggage restrictions
