Stopped by the Seaport location while visiting Boston with my girlfriend. She was winter jacket shopping. Although she had her mind set on another brand, I convinced her to pop in with me. We were greeted upon walking in, and were asked what brought us in. We expressed her search for a jacket, and he directed us to the women’s section. He also stated to ask any questions on anything we liked. Sure enough she found something she was interested in. I asked the sales rep Josiah to help tell the benefits and differences of the HH jacket compared to the other one she was interested in. Josiah was super helpful/knowledgeable about every spec on the jacket. She ended up loving it and we purchased it! Great store, perfect location, and Josiah was super helpful!

I came in determined to find a new ski jacket and pants - happy to say his store did not disappoint! I spent quite a while trying things on / deciding what to get, but Josiah was super helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Great addition to the seaport!

Went to Seaport location today. Even with my little purchase, i was treated as if i bought the whole store. Josiah answered my questions and even provided style opinions. The level of customer service at this store is always top notch every trip regardless of the seller.

Such a nice, relaxed and enjoyable experience! I had no idea where to start with snow pants and Josiah gave me so many options to try, didn’t rush me and didn’t make me feel guilty for handing him back 10 pairs that didn’t fit :) ended up with a fab pair of pants that will last me forever! Over the phone I asked about exchanging an online order for a jacket that was only available in her store. She put the jacket aside with my name on it and exchanged it for me 9 days later when i finally could make it into the store.
