This is a new plant. These people are real strict on how the inside of the trailer look. If theres and kind of dirt or piece of pallet in there they will make you go get a washout. I would suggest you just get a washout before you get here to save on the headache and anxiety of worring about out your trailer getting refuse.
Be very careful with your direction into the plant. The gps will try to get you to use Ringgold rd. Do not use! That road is restricted. No semis allowed. The cops do hang out the waitting for us. Big ticket if caught. I'll post the right directions below.

Directions: us 360, go north(right turn if heading west on us 360) on cane creek pkway, the road will come to a 3 way. Go right and continue around to gaurdshack.

Pretty new building, can’t see it one the Google Map but you gonna see it when you arrive here. Fast unloading and clean bathroom for drivers.

All right I know the plant is new I'm only giving a one-star review because out of the three times I've came here it's been a total discombobulated process to check in and out....

The security guards have no clue on the procedures which I don't think is their fault. They were just haphazardly hired and weren't shown anything.There's no process or should I say organization where to drop loaded and empty trailers. This time the security guard wanted me to scale in and out🤦 which makes no sense for a Reefer load.

I tried explaining this to the guard that the scale is only for bulk loads like what comes in on tanker or truck or a dump truck. Then on top of that the scale does not measure axle weight .....🤷So what the hell's the point of it.

It's primarily just for bulk deliveries It does nothing to ensure the reefer loads are weight compliant Then on top of that the scale prints out at the scale and not inside the guard shack ... So then the guard has to come out and get the ticket from the driver and the damn scale platform is 3 ft off the ground at that ....

I know I'm not college educated woo a piece of paper... But for God's sakes at least have some input from the people that work and deliver to your facilities Tyson.

It would gravely improve efficiency and safety which in turn means a better bottom line for everyone involved.... You're basically wasting money on facilities that are haphazardly flown together and nobody knows what's going on..... The Indians are too far from the Chiefs.

They quit giving food out Saturday. They said they were going to go to neighborhoods and give the rest. But they did not come by my house and I live just 2 blocks from where you are building plant. No respect for the people who have to hear them working all the time. I would never buy Tyson products again. You have no respect!!
