I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rivershed in Killington, VT, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional, offering a creative and diverse menu that catered to a range of tastes. Love this place!! After a few months in town I’m still impressed every time I walk through their door!! It has the best specials - ever! The staff treats you like family, the music is perfect, the atmosphere is fun, and the food is seriously incredible!! Plus the beer selection is amazing!!! If you haven’t tried it, you must!! This is by far my favorite spot I’ve found all over Boston and the south shore!!
But get there early!! Seats fill up fast!!! 😁

Service 10/10 - bartenders waiters and waitresses are all seasoned and are excellent. Best service in Scituate . Some of the waterfront restaurants have seasonal employees that can be a little green, this isn’t a problem at rivershed.

Food 10/10- I’ve eaten at a lot of places in Scituate and this is the best and most consistent food. Caesar salad side instead of French fries, burgers, tacos, southern fried chicken sandwich today was unreal good, it’s all excellent.

Atmosphere 9/10- it’s not waterfront and parking can be tricky but the live music all the time and darkish bar is always great. Beautiful summer day and I still find myself wanting to be at rivershed.

Price 9/10 - food and beer prices are all reasonable

Drinks 10/10 - had to add a new category to my reviews because of the beer selection at rivershed. Best in town.

I liked the place. We went there on a Friday night and it was full. The service was great, the music was nice. The food was good, and the salmon salad was very delicious, definitely will go back for that salad.

Amazing food- I had the smoked chicken salad sandwich with a side of their Mac n cheese. If I could eat here on a regular basis I would (I live over an hour away). Will be making this a motorcycle destination come next season

We got to the river shed a lot and love how it’s a nice small, friendly place.
The menu isn’t huge but offers a lot for everyone.
They have a bar to sit at if you want and the service is always quick.
Food portions are big so don’t worry about leaving hungry.
It does get busy so make sure you are ready for a short wait depending on the time and day you go.
The parking lot is small so parking is tough and something they need to figure out.
All in all it’s a great take and I recommend that you try it out!

Terrific location and vibe. Both indoor and outdoor areas are great. Dog friendly patio was perfect for Zoey and I. I really enjoyed the food and their selection of beverages. The staff was fantastic. Just a perfect day, so definitely check it out for live music and good times. Thanks again for hosting the show!

Amazing location and staff, just a few minutes from Greenbush station. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, and the live music was amazing! Such a good, whole heartedly American atmosphere. Came in on a whim, and had zero regrets. Food was exceptional too! Who said simple has to be tasteless? They sure as heck don’t. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I tried this place last night. Great atmosphere, live music was awesome a little loud but very good. Service was good, food was outstanding. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Very fresh!

One of the great BBQ joints in MA! Food is great, service is with a smile and they have live music. The BBQ is the real deal. The brisket is a must try!!!

Just had a great meal @ Rivershed/Scituate - great service at bar (unfortunately didn’t get bartenders name) Great dinner; fried pickle app, misc BBQ and Salmon Bowl - everything was fresh and so so tasty
