Went in to look at sectionals and came out with so much more. Service was fantastic, answered any questions I had and when I went to change my mind they worked with me on everything! Shannon, the store manager, is extremely sweet and very knowledgeable on their furniture!

Jordan was absolutely amazing! He greeted me upon entering the store with a smile and positive energy. He was able to answer all my questions and delivered excellent customer service!

My husband and I visited this store and didn’t expect to buy anything right away. Very friendly staff, we were greeted immediately. Jordan was very attentive and patient with us as we took time to try out several selections. He helped us find the perfect fit for our dining room!

Very clean, well organized store. Nice selection of contemporary furniture at good prices. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Only drawback right now is limited furniture in stock due to COVID-19. So, lead time on actually getting your furniture is delayed. Other than that very positive experience!

Shannon was wonderful! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us all our options. She didn’t try to force a sale and her input felt genuine. The store was clean and organized and we were very happy with the service and our purchase.

This is not the first time I have purchased furniture from Ashley and it won’t be the last. The showroom is set up beautifully and with that you can achieve ideas for your own home. The two delivery guys were very helpful in showing different ways to set up the beautiful queen sleigh bed and mattress I purchased on this round. It is absolutely beautiful! Kim was so helpful with my son and I and Shannon helped also to move things through smoothly. If you’re looking for some unique and beautiful furniture please stop by Ashley Furniture first you’ll be glad you did.

Phil at Ashley furniture was fabulous....patiently showing us everything we asked to see without rolling his eyes 1 single time. When we were going back and forth about which couch to buy and we asked the same question 5 times, he answered 5 times without even a hint of annoyance. The world needs more people like Phil!

Sales associate , Shannon, was very helpful and patient as we reviewed our options. Would recommend Ashley from my experience at this point. I expect the remainder of my buying process will be completed in a positive manner, delivery, setup etc.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service and quality I received. The hardest part was deciding what I wanted. Both Kim and Shannon, as well as the delivery team definitely delivered 5 star service.

Had a great experience with I believe her name was Rachel she was great in helping us find a chair for my fiancés papaw for Christmas… however I think the lease option should be offered before financing is offered… I had my credit ran for no reason but had an amazing experience 10/10 definitely recommend
