They are very busy and do their best to make sure customers are taking care of

Very nice post office. They have all size boxes and large envelopes to mail big packages and large amounts of paperwork, photos, documents, etc. They also have mail deposit boxes inside and outside the building so you can mail whatever you want after hours also. Everything is nice and clean.

I needed assistance with a missing package today, so I called this post office. Surprisingly, I had no wait time for my call to be answered. Karen answered my call and was very friendly and helpful. Although my issue was not resolved, it was a pleasure discussing with Karen about my options

Often I receive mail not addressed to me. If I put it BACK in my mailbox with a message saying, “Delivered to wrong address” it arrives BACK at my house or never leaves my mailbox.. i have tried taking it to the post office and it still shows up at my house (it does not have our street name nor OUR FAMILY NAME. Ultimately I end up delivering the mail to the correct address myself.

Today, my daughter had a package delivered. It was squeezed so tight into the mailbox that both my adult kids had to go wrestle it out of the box instead of the mail person delivering it to the front door since it did not fit the mailbox.

I understand the occasional mistake, but this is deliberate laziness or a desire to be obnoxious.

I usually don’t review anything but I ordered a package from GoRuck and it was priority mail , and it said in transit for awhile I opened two cases on it about where my package was and the first time , they closed the first case with out even speaking to me and the second time it closed because it said delivered we got the package off my porch right away and it was empty and broken with the contents missing and I try calling because it says open at 9 and no one is answering the phone but I believe some one at usps either stole my stuff in my package or knows something because I spoke to some one at usps not local
Number and they said they are suppose to leave a note or mail if the package is open so I don’t k ow what thievery is going on but I don’t have a lot of money and take my packages not arriving or stolen seriously. 😡 😠 and I will be going to the office if it happens again because like I said I’m a poor or broke person as is spending money on Christmas presents for people and then this happens where my stuff is stolen and we got the package right away at 4:06 off my porch and it was missing the stuff inside not cool 🆒 .

The hours online state that they take lunch from 130 to 3. I am here at 12:30 to mail a package and they’re closed! What a waste of time and this place has the worst hours available ever! I left work early to get here before they closed for lunch and will not be able to come back. I hate this place.

Office will not answer the phone. They most have the ring turned off, I have tried calling over 2 hours.

Ridiculous!!! Mail carrier blows by my mailbox and the next four on my road without stopping on a weekly basis, and I'm expecting stuff so i know she just ain't doing her job. She puts wrong mail in our mailbox, we never get our packages or bills on time.

PO does not register / scan a piece of Priority Mail when they receive it and although you hand it to the person at the counter and you are within the deadline requirements, the item frequently does not get scanned to even acknowledge that they have possession of the mailed item until the next day!! Service is awful!!

In addition, I have been told that they cannot / will not drive down our street and driveway to deliver packages and since there "is no secure location", carrier doesn't even bring them to our mailbox location (consolidated spot for street area). They just leave a note sometime in the next day or two. If it wasn't for informed delivery, I would never know I had a package for couple days.
