Days Inn by Wyndham Doswell At the Park

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. AC worked properly. Big TV. The outdoor pool was open in September and it was very clean. Got a great deal on the room first night through one of those apps. The second night was less than $100. The fridge was not working, I mentioned it to the front desk, and the new fridge was in the room when I got back. I am very pleased with my experience overall

I always like staying at this hotel when going to Kings Dominion. You can walk to the park easily from this hotel.

The staff members are very friendly and accommodating and the recent renovations are great. Rooms are exceptionally clean, and windows have curtains that can block out all light.

Stopped in late at night and the front desk lady was wonderful! Room was just needed for a few hours sleep and then back on the road. Room was clean but a little updating wouldn't hurt but comfortable bed and pillows, room temp was great and clean bathroom. Would stay again.

My only issue was the ants in the room. You are partially in the woods so bring back up spray. I forgot summertime so of course you can't control them. So for your security or family bring it or don't be like me and leave snacks to feed them cause your to tired from the park to put it away lol. The property can't manage every single ant. Lol Besides that they are pet friendly. No need for king's Dominion parking because the are across the street. always had ice . Fridge and microwave worked. Comfortable smoking area for those that do. Pool close at 11 so kids really liked that. Staff is laid back but still professional.

So I gave this location five stars because of the convenience and the included breakfast and shuttle to Kings Dominion. The room was sufficient. Towels were fresh smelling and bedding was clean. This place is across the street from Kings Dominion's gate. It is inexpensive and so close to the park... If you are at all considering staying the night before or the night after you go this is definitely worth it. It is definitely not fancy but the staff were very nice.

The front desk is wonderful. I don’t know if I caught her name, but Chrissy or Kristi was a wonderful woman who was so, so helpful! She’s a true asset to the hotel. A wonderful stay for a cheap price right across from King’s Dominion.

Great location, plenty of parking. Inside was clean & well organized. Manager was very friendly upon check-in. No issues in the non smoking king room on 2nd floor. Everything was fresh & clean, bathroom to bed. My experience was great due to price & location & customer service

I've been to hotels with hookers and drug dealers in the parking lots, and sketchy people knocking on your door in the middle of the night. that's why I now read Google reviews, because the #1 most important thing to me about a hotel is how safe you are going to be staying there. every person that's complaining are entitled crybabies. oh boo f**kin hoo you think it's "dirty" or "the smoking rooms smell bad" (are you kidding me??). I'm sitting in this hotel as i write this and for the price you pay, it's nice, it's clean, it's safe. now stop crying and get over it.

My stay was really excellent staff works great rooms were clean breakfast is good and it's right across the street from Kings Dominion can't get any better than that you have a 7-Eleven you have a Burger King hey I loved it thanks

Staff was very friendly! Super close to Kings Dominion, room was clean. Water actually heated up fast, AC worked, and the mini fridge kept everything frozen!

Easy check in. Room was basic but it was :
No bugs
No drama
Clean and well kept
Burger King and 711 next door

Only downside is that like most of these places breakfast is a pastry, coffee and juice...

It was a very very good rate last minute and quite frankly I was so greatful to get a room that I had nothing to complain about. They didn't have free breakfast that morning like advertised but with the virus I really kinda of expected that part. I would go back in the future

A couple of weeks ago I had to stay here for 2 nights because my car broke down. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Room was clean and nice.

No breakfast due to the renovation but it's stylish and updated really nice .

This was actually a very nice room! It was clean and organized, and the pillows kind of cuddled your head. I imagine it would be a great room if you were going to the nearby attraction, too!

Me and my boyfriend for the past 3 years have stayed at this location. We love the convenience of how close it is to Kings dominion. Always clean and the customer service is always great.

They were awesome and especially accommodating. We left our wedding ring in our room by accident and the cleaning service and management got back to us ASAP. Thank you. 💯

Our room is great, pool was nice, staff is very friendly, clean room and convenient to kings dominion park. Free shuttle is nice perk.

This is one of my family's favorite hotels anywhere. The lobby has a great elegant yet not stuffy and welcoming feel.
