Boston Market

Stopped by to pick up some quick eats. The server was fast and accommodating. The dining section was empty. My food was to go anyway, and I didn't come in for the company. The food was great full of flavor. I like the food so much. I went back 3 days later, and it was close. I'm not sure if it wast temporarily or permanently 🤔.

Great,polite staff. Fresh cooked food,smelling and tasting great!! I’m from Palm Beach just passing through. I will definitely eat here again

Loved it. I went about an hour before they closed during the week and ordered the prime rib meal. Deliciously seasoned. I was extremely appreciative of the cashier/host including all the condiments with the meal and plastic ware without me prompting.

I love this Boston Market because it's local and my online orders are usually available, but recently they have been having problems with running out of chicken 2 hours before they close, which is around dinner time. Still really great chicken, but order online to get your food.

Food is amazing here. This is the best location I've been. Staff is friendly, food is always fresh, dining area as well as kitchen is clean. If I could give an extra 2 stars, I'd definitely do it. Great job 125 st. Location!!!

What a great dinner. I have not had Boston Market in years and boy am I glad I stopped in. This place has changed when you dine in your dinner is served on real plates and real silverware so much nicer then that plastic junk. The chicken was off the chain....moist , hot and flavorful. I go here all the time, great comfort food, always fresh, good price. The best thing is the employees. Other chain places should copy the service Boston Market gives. I'm welcomed with a smile, the employees always call me sweetie or darling. Well the female employees anyway lol

Decent fast food. Much better for us than fries and burgers. Baked chicken, turkey & meat loaf. A nice selection of starches and veggies. Also a few deserts, a soup and a salad option

I almost walked out of this place, due that Supervisor refused to validate my coupon for a free dessert. In my way out I heard a lady by the name of Floride, who called me and apologized for the other person and really made up my day, went overboard and attended me like I never seeing before in a fast food place. Congratulations I call it: real nice customer service.

Excellent service by hard working staff and delicious food. Good value for your meal. Would love to see cinnamon apples back on the menu again.

Went on Sunday for prime rib dinner. very good. Service was good. The manager that day was lovely. She had her team working well behind the counter. Was a pleasent expierence.

My new favorite restaurant. Quiet and never busy. Always a great place to bring the family. I go here a lot more than I would like to admit.

I like Boston Market a lot. Not only because they have decent food (who can turn down turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos and gravy?) but because almost every Boston Market I've gone to has had EXCELLENT customer service. Such a rarity in fast food, but every time I've gone to this location or others in the area, I've left very happy. What is your hiring process?! What do you do differently than a McDonald's or a Dunkin? Its working. Thanks.

Went here for Thanksgiving since we weren't able to go home. Had a moderate wait but expected it because of the holiday. Food was good and prices were decent

The moment I walked in... Date 10/18/2016 Time : 6:21 pm The host by the name of Jenny was remarkable in excellent customer service!! I have worked in retail in the past and can attest she covered all customer service points: acknowledgement, great smile, patience, and followup. Most importantly, she checked on me during my meal with a great smile and aked.." hows everthing? And preseeded with her duties. Once I was done sitting alone at my table she made it a point to clear my table and smiled. I can hear her greeting every customer with an warmly pleasant attidue. She sure made my dinner a pleasant one along with all the other staff who presently worked with her this evening. You go Jenny ! You will make Boston Market smile when they hear this! Great Customer Service !!

The service here is great, the employees have literally seen my kids grow up here since this place is thier afternoon lunch spot. I know I can always count on their delicious meatloaf family dinner when I dont have time cook or just don't feel like cooking lol!

food is great is healthy did you you enough you get full prices great there's enough parking what can I say to recommend them been going for years never had an issue

This is the nicest Boston Market I've been to when I stated to the manager that our food had gotten cold because it was sitting on top of the counter he kindly replaced it without an explanation this is the kind of service that I'm happy for if anybody goes to this Boston Market ask for alfredo he's the manager
