Best gym ever! 🏋🏼‍♀ All of the coaches are so encouraging and supportive. They provide you with modifications for exercises to suit where you currently are on your fitness journey without making you feel discouraged.
Every day is a different workout but the coaches walk you through each step! I love that I can block off an hour on my calendar and get in a great workout! 💪

The gym is clean and has nice bathrooms 🙌

There is also an area right by the front desk where kiddos can play while you workout! 🤸🏼 I love that I can bring my son with me to the gym 😊 (today's class alone, half of the class was mamas who brought their little ones along)

Such a wonderful community of people are a part of HEW, it feels like a family from the second you walk in 🥰

A true judgment-free zone. Coaches are amazing! Fellow HEWmans are amazing! All are always cheering you on. Workouts are tough, but can be done - modified or not. The feeling of accomplishment is the best part! So very worth going!

Really love this gym! The workouts are challenging and never boring. The coaches are super diligent about watching form to help you avoid injury, which I really value. Great vibes and encouraging energy from everyone there. Definitely recommend!

This HEW location reopened on January 31 under new management; I have been a faithful 05:30 AM attendee since then.

The new owners are extremely friendly and have a genuine desire to help people stay active and healthy. They are also local residents!

When you visit this gym, I guarantee you will find a fun and friendly atmosphere; from the coaches to its members. The workouts are tough at times, and having a positive environment makes those moments 100% more enjoyable.

Unlike other gyms, all of the equipment is setup and ready when you walk in the door. Of course you need to pick your own weights; but that’s it! Just show up and workout.

Give them a shot! You will not be disappointed.

I decided to try out HEW for the first time today and I will never be going back to a regular gym setting after getting coached by Lance and Stephanie! The class was upbeat, challenging, and the coaches make sure each movement is properly taught and pay close attention to each and every individual in the class! Their prices are unbeatable compared to any other gym I’ve been too. Will definitely be recommending this gym to friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised with this gym and the classes. The coaches are phenomenal and guide you through every step of each workout. I highly recommend HEW for everyone regardless of your fitness level or goals!

Finally found my home gym after moving to the area last summer! I can’t say enough awesome things about this community. The coaches, the workouts, and my fellow HEWmans! Did my first workout here yesterday and had such a great experience. The environment was fun and encouraging and the coaches were so helpful throughout the whole workout. I regularly exercise but if you are looking for that additional motivation that will push you harder than you can push yourself definitely give HEW a try!

I love that there are multiple coaches in each class. The gym just was not cutting it anymore but at HEW fitness Stuart they really push you and make sure my form is good. When I leave I'm covered in sweat and feel great. I highly recommend. 🙂

Anyone interested or on the fence, I highly recommend you go and check out the gym, actually just join and join the HEW family! Every member of the gym is super supportive and friendly. We treat each other like family. The owner Justin Bartlett and coaches are encouraging, supportive, and extremely attentive especially when it comes to helping you do the workouts and movements correctly to prevent injury.

I am 43 years old, and I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 15 months ago. In 3 months of working out at Hard Exercise Works, I lost 34lbs and over 10 inches. Currently, I am now down a total of 38 lbs and have lost a total of 24 inches since I joined the gym last year (I would have lost more if I didn't indulge during the holidays!) Joining Hard Exercise Works was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am stronger and more confident than ever before.

I felt the need to share my story because I want others to feel like their best selves! It is so liberating! 💖

Great workouts and amazing coaches. They work with you at your level and really take the time to go through the movements to make sure that you are doing it correctly and safely. I feel like my well-being is their top priority. I'm moving back to St. Pete soon and I need someone to start a HEW over there!!

I love this gym! I love the coaches and the people. When I moved to Florida from Kansas City a year and a half ago, I really just stumbled into HEW not really sure if it was for me or not. After 1 workout, I knew I liked the workouts, and after a couple months, I was sure the people were my people. Sometimes these types of gyms can be intimidating. But not HEW Jensen Beach. There are always modifications to moves I can’t do, so I can do every workout and work my way through exercise progressions to actually build strength, flexibility, and confidence to do more than I thought possible. The coaches have always been encouraging and helped me push myself while not going too far and pushing to injury. I have become a HEW ambassador everywhere I go!

HEW Jensen Beach truly changed my life. Before joining this gym almost 7 years ago I struggled with finding an exercise routine and “sticking with it”. HEW is so much more than a gym though - it is a friendly, fun, and encouraging atmosphere. The ten classes a day offer great flexibility and the workouts are challenging. Beyond physical fitness, HEW encourages you to change your lifestyle for the better and I’ve seen countless people transform themselves through this community. In addition to the pounds lost, the endurance gained, or the skills learned, feeling physically strong transfers to every other part of your life and that is priceless. I believe that the HEW coaches and community impart that confidence incredibly well!

I Joined HEW Jensen Beach approximately 3 months ago and have lost weight and gained confidence. This is the fist time I have joined a gym that I have actually enjoyed going to. Hew is more than a gym it’s a lifestyle. The coaches , Justin, Jordan, and Juan are amazing. They encourage you to push your self. They are always there to make sure you’re doing the exercises in proper form and offer modifications for your fitness level. I love that it is family oriented and that all the members are kind and encouraging. I highly recommended this gym, it’s just different!

I worked out at this HEW over the summer when I came home from school and LOVED IT ! All of the trainers were so awesome with encouraging me to work harder, while still focusing on my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. I had so much fun and looked forward to my workout every day. The owner, Justin, is really friendly and outgoing. He made me feel very welcome from the second I walked in the door. I would/have recommended this gym to anyone looking to loose weight or become stronger!

HEW Stuart is an awesome place to get a great workout in. The coaches are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the movements. They hold me accountable and push me to be a better version of myself! I'll be coming back for more workouts!

I’m in town visiting some friends that exercise on this CrossFit center & at first I was extremely hesitant since I have injured myself doing CrossFit before, but oh! My goodness it was such an amazing experience. I was able to go own my own pace, the couches; John & Stephany were extremely helpful & were checking on me making sure I had proper form & cheering me on!! Even the other people working out (whom I’ve never met before) were so friendly & helpful 🧡. It truly felt like I was working out with lots of friends.

I would give them 10 stars if allowed 😍

I have been a member at HEW for 2 years and I have recently switched locations to the Jensen Beach location and was welcomed with open arms. Everything from the amazing coaches, welcoming clients and fantastic programming was consistent from location to location. I could never imagine leaving my HEW family. I’ve been able to change my life with them, and want to continue to succeed in scale and nonscale victories within HEW!

Best decision I made over 7 years ago! I cant imagine returning to a typical gym again. I even do HEW wods at hotels when I travel now. I love my HEW family and havd created many friendships! Its a very welcoming environment- everyone is there to have fun and cheer each other on, including the coaches who really care about you and your fitness goals.

After deciding I needed to lose weight and take better care of myself, I researched HEW Jensen online and decided to jump right in not knowing anyone and never worked out before. I expected to be very embarrassed because I am so out of shape but was shocked to see how every person I have encountered here has been super encouraging and nice. The coaches have all been extremely patient and have given amazing advice. I am extremely thankful I found this place. I have a long way to go but I know when I get there it will be because of this place.
