Courtyard by Marriott Columbus

This was a great hotel to use while getting my kid moved into college. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was professional and friendly. The only downside for service is that the website stated a complimentary breakfast buffet, but due to reduced patronage, I was offered a to go box instead, consisting of two granola bars, a banana, and a yogurt. It wasn't terrible by any means, but was not the breakfast I was looking forward to it or that was advertised. The only negative with the room is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every word the people in the rooms next to me. Some sound panels would go a long way. I would definitely stay here again, however,

Me and my daughter stayed here in January after I accidentally canceled my reservation..We were happy with our stay!My room was big and spacious and the bathroom was huge!The parking lot is big with plenty of parking.And the front desk people were very helpful!We will definitely be back for summer!

My experience here was good. Customer service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I stayed here 1 night because I was at extended stay, but the power went out, and they didn't have a generator. Thanks to this hotel, I was able to get rest.

This was a pleasant hotel experience. I stayed from 09/29 - 10/01/2023. There were lots of entertainment. The circus was in town, I was close to AMC movie theater, I was close to different restaurants and also the mall.

The building is a little tired but the staff is fantastic. My phone charger died and I didn't know where to get another one so it went to the desk and they found one and lent it to me!

Wonderful place. I arrived, pretty tired, after 10PM. Was welcomed warmly by Geraldina who is just awesome. She got me checked in quickly and was just such a kind face to see after spending what felt like an eternity on the interstate. My room was ready and clean, the TV had a personalized message for me. When booking I was a little concerned about how close it is to the airport but the rooms are well insulated. I didn't hear a thing all night. The bed was super comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were greeted beautifully. The staff were all lovely. The room was great! We were given an accessible room what was huge. The beds were comfortable. The water temp in the shower kept fluctuating which was challenging. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. I will definitely return next year.

I enjoyed my stay. Miss Amber was very efficient and detail oriented. She accommodated my last minute request for a 1st floor room and when I relaxed in the lobby I could see her buzzing with activity throughout the evening. She was so sweet to the guests that one lady offered her one of her birthday cupcakes 🧁🤩
I would stay here again if I needed to be in close proximity to Columbus State. It's also close enough to the mall to walk if weather permits.

Very nice property with a well trained staff. It's like the Marriott properties before the days of Bonvoy and all the growth. I will definitely stay here again while in the area. If you're lucky, Angie will be on duty for breakfast. She's super. Stay on the back side of the building facing the courtyard.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Quiet - we never heard other guests or TV's or footsteps overhead. Quality bath products and a generous amount. Beds are firm but comfy. The pillows were very nice. All the linens were bright white and very fresh. We would definitely stay here again. If I could make any suggestions for improvement, more tv channels, but that was so minor to us. Breakfast was pricey for what was offered but with so many great restaurants close by, it was no big deal. I think Covid might be the death of hotel breakfast buffets anyway. With all the noisy Slingshots zooming through Columbus, it might be time for some sound dampening hedges.

Great experience. The staff were terrific and friendly. Made sure you knew that you were important to them and that they were here to make your stay as perfect as it could be. We were there for a tennis tournament and every day we were asked how we were doing in the tournament. May be the best experience I've ever had in a hotel.

Very nice for the price. The bathrooms are spotless. The pool was blue and pretty! The only thing that bothered me. The carpeting is a little old and dirty. Breakfast with muffins, fruit, and Starbucks Coffee. I checked in, literally in 2 minutes. No Probs. Great for family and business. Plus easy access to everything. Right beside Peachtree Mall. Had Fun! Summer Vibes!

We had to come to Columbus to be with a family member that is ill and in St. Francis Hospital.
The staff at the hotel is genuinely concerned about us and our family. The hotel is not new. They are slated for an upgrade next year but the staff makes ALL the difference. Everything is as clean as can be. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. It feels like family. Very comfortable bed and a nice room.
I have stayed in what is supposed to be a more luxurious hotel but with staff that did not care if you were there or not. You will not find that here!
If we ever have the occasion to be in Columbus Ga again we won't stay anywhere else!
Maybe a ⭐⭐⭐ star hotel but run by ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ people.

I checked out a lot of Hotels in the Columbus area before choosing this one, and it did not disappoint!!! I am so glad I stayed here. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was the best I’ve seen anywhere. The manager, Walter was very helpful and accommodating. Rosa and her team (Gloria and Shondra) from housekeeping were great. I stayed for 4 days and they were very attentive and made sure my room was clean and stocked each day. And they did so with a smile!

The staff was so very friendly and accommodating! Scenery was beautiful! The PERFECT place to stay if visiting family in Fort Benning.
A quick 15-20 minute drive from the base!
Location is amazing, everything you could wanna do is within a 20 mile radius
The food was filling and tasted delicious

This is a nice hotel. I was very satisfied with their service, cleanliness, amenities and features. The bistro cafe they have is really wonderful with great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here if i was going to Columbus again.

My review is a little late, we were there in April for a anniversary staycation. It was wonderful. The management and staff were awesome. It was quiet and just a wonderful weekend.
