I had the very best experience today. A good friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and I'm currently out of state with new Mommy's brother. We wanted to send flowers, and when I opened up HH's website the first picture I saw was of a dozen beautiful lavender roses, which signify love at first sight, as well as delight. Knowing it's two days before Valentines, the store was extremely busy and the very nice gentleman I spoke to told me their delivery person had JUST left to make their hospital deliveries for the day. I asked about the possibility of the lavender roses, and he mentioned they did not have that bouquet ready and offered a few they did. None of them really fit the occasion, so I asked if my request was doable so close to the holiday. This man was so nice! The bouquet was put together and delivered so quickly, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be there, but thank you for helping us send our love!!! 10/10, amazing florist and customer service. Thank you for all you do!!

I could not have asked for better service. Ferron was a delight to work with. The designers were a joy and so thoughtful. All gave attention to every detail. And this was a simple $100 order. I cannot imagine what they are able to accomplish for a wedding or other big occasion.... I'm sure it would be amazing!

Ladonna and her staff came highly recommended from my family. They did an absolutely incredible job on the flower arrangements for my wedding. I was really taken back when I saw my bouquet, it was everything I imagined. The table arrangements were gorgeous and it helped really elevate the tropical theme I was going for. The flowers themselves were great quality, super fresh and bright. My wedding was February 29th, and my bouquet held its flowers and greens until last week. I ordered the Blushing Beauty (Premium Size) plus some chocolates for my mother for her birthday. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful and even prettier in person. My mother was, unfortunately, not home when they attempted delivered so they delivered to a neighbor. They continued to follow up until my mother confirmed receipt. I phoned in my order, calling from Pennsylvania. I explained I wanted a gift certificate for a local restaurant included in the arrangement. I spoke with a lovely lady named Brooke. She went above and beyond by going to restaurant herself and taking care of the certificate. She even texted me with rhe recipient's reaction to the delivery. Could there possibly be a better florist in all of Sebring? I am so glad I chose Hobby Hill. The arrangement was beautiful and I highly recommend them.

5/7/22 Mom received these stunning roses for Mothers Day from her daughter-in-law, grandson, his wife and 2 great-grandsons. Absolutely loved the flowers and their fragrance! Tysvm! Will definitely use this florist again.

I called 5 min before the deadline for day delivery with a complicated order. They were more than happy to still help me place my order. They were very patient and friendly and even helped me save some money and worked hard to accommodate my needs. Brooke and her team always know how to deliver. I do not like the typical roses or normal arrangements and give them dealers choice whenever I order flowers and my mom has loved it every time. I would suggest you stop in or jump online and order your bouquet soon to get the best service in town!

We were on a limited budget for the casket spray for my mom but wanted one like one we’d seen on an online floral site. They told us they could do one like it within our budget but would just be less flowers and more greenery. However it was actually more flowers than in the one of which we’d provided the picture. It was absolutely magnificent. We also received several other arrangements from others that Hobby Hill had done and they too were first class. We were so pleased!! Thank you so much!

Great customer service. When you order something online sometimes its hit and miss but they def knocked this one out the park! My lady was happy and that's 5 stars in my book.
