Capital Pawn - Sebring

Im giving 5 points to this place!! I don't use pawn shops but if I did , I would drive here. I have been to a few stores with friends and watched them get treated horribly. Some how, this location was provided my phone number for a customer. After two calls, i was a little irritated so I called back. The manager is the one I spoke with and he removed my number and was professional and personable while also apologizing for the previous call that was diconnected ( I KNOW HE WAS JUST COVERING FOR HIS EMPOLYEE) :) , I get it lol) but all in all I would say he seems like a pretty honest person to go buy/sell/trade with . Thank you for not being nasty and rude. It does matter.

This place is awesome. It has everything and anything anyone could ever want. Their prices are amazing but what made this pawn shop stand out was the customer service. I was highly impressed with Patrick. He was super helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. There has always been a certain stigma when it comes to pawn shops but I didn't feel that at all here. They have amazing inventory and the experience was extremely positive. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Great people Great Items. The staff is awesome. Capital pawn helps me out when me and my family needs the cash for grocery or gas for the 🚗. And also convenient for us. They can’t be beat. Affordable prices on everything from jewelry to power tools. You name it they have it. Lovely staff highly motivated and very committed. They also have a layaway plan to accommodate. #1 in Highlands County.

Amazing experience!!!! Staff were terrifically awesome and very nice. They had fair prices. The store was exceptionally clean.

Needed cash for gas to be able to drive four hours to a new job. The owner; upon hearing this doubled the cash for my pawned items.
He and his staff were very friendly and I enjoyed our pleasant conversation even after the transaction was complete. I would say exceptional service and equitable prices.

Story time first time coming to this pawn shop , there was a nice selection of items to choose from.Store was very organized and clean ,workers was great there was one in particular her name is Melody . She was very professional, very friendly and patient I was asking lots of questions and was'nt sure of what I wanted she took her time to answer my questions also show and explain helped me decide what I brought. No regrets you guys are lucky with Melody, Corp. should give her a raise very excelent selling skills.Defintley going back there and excited to see Iam buying next.

Awesome customer service! Francois was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products there. We saw so many things we liked and will definitely be back. They even have layaway. It's never too early to start Christmas shopping.

I absolute love this store. Lizzy treats me like family and has every since she started. She's always got a smile on her face. The prices are great too. I've been a customer since 2002 and Lizzy is the best I've seen here, she REALLY knows her stuff.

The women working the day I came in were so nice, positive, and upbeat - it was so refreshing to see that level of service that can be so rare these days. I think her name was Ana, but the woman who helped me made a difficult and embarrassing situation feel so much better and she really helped meet my needs. I will definitely be doing business here again, and refer anyone I know to them because of how awesome I was treated and taken care of! Thank you Capital Pawn team - keep up the amazing job!!!

Ana was the best,being my first time ever using a pawn service for a bill. She was awesome,and the staff very pleasant. They made you feel comfortable,and not like a peasant. The manager even took the time to make sure they did everything possible to earn my business. If you are in need of help, Ask for Ana for sure. If I ever need help with a bill or other,this will be the place for me!

Hi, Garret was very courteous and attentive when I came in today looking to buy a computer, helping me to purchase one with good specs. I am typing on it now and everything is great. Would highly recommend, and I will consider Capital Pawn for future purchases!

Patrick was kind and knowledgeable, worked with me so we both walked away happy. The store was out clean and we'll organized. They have a little bit of everything and are knowledgeable about what is in the store. Definitely worth going in to see what they have currently in stock and meet the staff.

It's the best Pawn Shop in Highlands County. I always have a good experience when I go, and the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The best part is now they sell GUNS! They have a great assortment of ammunition as well, which is hard to find right now.

I Went into this pawnshop having to pawn my husbands gun And was very upset about it and started crying. The customer service agent named Jay was so helpful, so respectful, and very concerning about my situation. He was the best customer representative I have ever dealt with and if I ever have to pawn anything again I will only go to capital pawn. They were very nice and gave me a good amount of money that I needed and treated me was very much kindness. The store has the best employees that I have ever dealt with.

As always, when I am in the Sebring FL store, the staff is more than ready to answer questions about any of the mechandise. Have made some awesome purchases there! Really nice to go to a store that holds onto old fashioned customer service, right down to knowing my name!!!
