This was the best vehicle purchase experience ever! Before driving more than two hours from our home, we read the reviews, all so positive. We sent a text to the dealership, stating what vehicle we were interested in, and we received a prompt response. When we arrived, Nathan and Andres greeted us and had the vehicle ready to view and test drive. Additionally, they had two other vehicles they thought might peak our interest. We decided on the original vehicle and were out the door of the dealership in record time, happily driving our new Expedition. Nathan, Andres, Lee, and all the staff were ultimate professionals. It was the fastest experience I’ve ever had buying a car. In the past, I would be stuck at a dealer for at least 4 hours purchasing a new vehicle! Everyone here was honest, friendly, and upfront! I love my expedition and am beyond pleased that I drove an hour to buy from Gilbert Ford!

I purchased my 2024 mustang GT from Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee Florida. I have to admit this dealership should be a flagship example to other dealerships. No games were played. This is the price this is the dealer fee, Branden Pyke my salesman was absolutely awesome Harry the finance manager was also great. It was a no pressure experience. They worked hard to get me the best rate everything was clear and transparent. I recommend anyone in the market for a Ford to come here and ask for them.

This had to be the best car buying experience I’ve had by far. The salesman Nathan at this dealership made the buying process straight forward with no hassle. Bought my vehicle over the phone so I was nervous buying a car sight unseen, but he made sure to send me videos and pictures of the car so I can see how nice the car was. He even got my car delivered to my home two hours away free of charge! If you need a vehicle this is where you want to buy it and ask for Nathan!
