Super helpful company! I called in need for a special catheter, and they had none in stock. Not only did they call and order it with a STAT delivery request, but they offered to deliver it to us. I can't explain how appreciate I am, as all other companies I tried prior to calling them just turned me away when they did not have them available. Thank you so much for your attentiveness, friendliness, and quick response.

While on a weekend get away in Stuart my travel CPAP decided to finally die. The great folks at this Homecare America kept their store open and waited for me to arrive on a late Friday afternoon. They were courteous and helpful and had me with a new machine and back out the door quickly. I can't thank them enough for the great and friendly service and effort. They sure saved the day (and weekend) for me. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

Lovely staff, clean equipment and a very helpful young lady (Jessie) up front to advise, demo and process your rental or buy. They were $5 less per month than the store across Indiantown and had cleaner equipment. Definitely recommend. I got a rolling knee walker from here for $90/mo. When I returned it after 3 dys because my boot worked better, she gave me a partial refund (which she didn’t have to do - they are a business after all).

My wife had major cervical surgery and we needed a power recliner last minute the day before her surgery. The sales lady Jessie was fantastic as well as the manager who gave us a discount on the chair. Jessie was extremely knowledgeable about all the chairs and products in the store. She also suggested other medical equipment we might need, which we never thought of until then. We purchased the chair and it was delivered just a few hours later to our house. The chair and suggested equipment was absolutely necessary for my wife's recovery. I would highly recommend Homecare America in Jupiter for their professionalism, knowledge and customer service!

God bless these folks! Derek is an absolute lifesaver! My aunt and mother both have GoGo scooters and both batteries needed replacing. I tried like heck to get the darn screws out, but could not get them out. I called up and they said they could help me no problem. I dropped them off at the store and Derek had them ready to go the very next day! Thank you a million times over! ❤🙏🏻😇

Went to this establishment today to make a purchase and was greeted by a lovely young lady who had a great personality. She walked me to the back and I met with Joe who is the owner of the establishment. He really too care of me with my purchase and his knowledge of the product was second to none. He took his time with me and explained every little detail of what I was buying and the end result was an EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER ON MY PART. Thank you Joe for a great experience.

I had a pleasant shopping experience that would usually not be as fun.
I have to accept that my mother is a senior and now needs user friendly safety equipment. Jessie was there to answer all my questions and not once did she rush me or make the situation uncomfortable to accept. My mother had a fall a few weeks ago and it was time to get all new safe and comfortable ADL equipment. Jessie (sp) was friendly, very knowledgable and most of all compassionate to my situation and the price! I am so happy that i chose to go to this store, if they didn't have what I was looking for then they were able to offer other options. I would definitely recommend this staff member to help you with all your "senior needs."
My mom loves her new "pink cadillac" walker, no one else had it. The height is perfect and has helped with lower back issues as well. Kudos to Jessie for picking out the right fit for my mom (who was not at the store).

I am in Utah and my sister is in Colorado. Together we have had to manage my 98 year old mother in Florida. Joe has been a terrific help since we're doing this from 3,000 miles away. We have spent numerous calls getting people who didn't know what they were doing. Finally found Joe and he has simplified EVERYTHING! Managed to get the equipment needed easily, and delivered quickly. Thank You Joe!!!!

I had a Stannah Stairlift installed the other day and the crew did an excellent job on the installation, and were able to address my concerns and answer my many questions. Joe at Homecare America was very helpful and accommodating, I would recommend Homecare America to anyone who is thinking about getting a Stairlift. They were very easy to work with.

Tim did a great job of explaining the options and then installing the chairlift. I'm very happy with the results. I did a lot of research and dealt with several companies before making the best choice for my situation.
