I can’t begin to thank the All Pro team enough. Eric was able to perform the repair quickly and kept communication smooth and easy to understand. After his repair I’m confident I can prevent any similar issues from happening with the knowledge he shared.

Sebastian was also an amazing help, as he was able to walk me through preventing any further damage to my home by assisting me over the phone at 3am!

Today was the second time Rudy visit us. Very Professional, friendly, and on time. Explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand (especially to me when I don’t have any knowledge about plumbing). He made sure to keep the area clean at all times, diligent and did not leave until the problem was resolved. He definitely exceeded expectations on both occasions. There was pooled water on the side of our house, we called All Pro once we confirmed it wasn't our sprinkler system. Bull with All Pro called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was awesome. He made sure to inform me of the situation every step of the way and was determined to find the leak. Once he exhausted all options, All Pro sent Eric out for further leak detection. Eric went so far above and beyond to not only find the source of the leak but get us to a point where we could have our water turned back on. The service they both provided was incredible. I can't thank you enough and will make sure to let everyone know what a great experience we had. Thank you!

We experienced a major water leak yesterday at my work location and called All Pro for emergency weekend assistance. Within a short period of time we receive a call from the technician Eric, also the leak detector specialist for All Pro. Within 40 minutes he was at our work location and was able to locate the leak and repair this. He went above and beyond with his services to ensure we would have access to water and our restrooms as quickly as anyway possible. He comes highly recommended from my daughter, which uses All Pro for her work locations. We greatly appreciate his great service to resolve this emergency situation in such a quick and professional way. THANK YOU!

Eric, Chuck, Sebastian, Dee and Lorey are FANTASTIC!! Not only did Eric and Chuck literally walk me through a slab leak they repaired it at the most reasonable price I ever thought to be possible. Eric is an Angel, he talked and explained every single thing to me, spend over an hour explaining every option possible, Chuck walked me through what was going to happen during a repipe, Sebastian and Dee we absolutely fantastic, not only did they arrive on time, they cleaned up along the way basically leaving nothing for me to clean up, the repipe they did was phenomenal!! Lorey is a sweetheart to deal with as far a payment, permits, etc. This company and these employees are the most honest easy people you would ever meet, they hold your hand from start to finish and answer all your questions with no issues. They never once tried to up sale me anything. Hands down the best plumbing company in Orlando! They will be my forever plumbing company! Thank you so much for your phenomenal services!!!

We had a slab leak that affected multiple units and needed emergency diagnosis and repairs. Eric from All Pro was prompt for the diagnosis, and worked with us patiently to explain & figure out solutions. He then went out of his way to schedule us in for the repairs during a weekend. Now water is back and a big thank you to Eric, well done!

Duane and Carlos were super friendly and quick fixing a plumbing issue in our bathtub. They were very mindful and offered to put on booties before coming in as to not bring in dirt to the apartment. Duane gave me a helpful recommendation as well. Thanks guys!

Called them on a Saturday night to explain the issue I had with my endstop needing to be replaced with a new. They were able to come the next day in morning to assist in replacing the endstop. Alex and Eric were awesome keeping my updated on their arrival time. The came in, I showed them the problem and throughout the process they were awesome and taught me what to look, where the problem actually was and how to prevent it since this was a small issue.

This is my second time using their services. The first time was with a guy named Shane and he was just as awesome as well. He was a lifesaver and he was able to reconnect my toilet to the exist flange and install new bolts to bolt down the toilet again.

I have used all pro for over 15 years for all things I am unable to do on my own diy lost. And yesterday was another Pro service from my service from Duane! Needed a new toilet install on one of my rentals quik and safe, since old one suddenly cracked in the tank! He was ready ,on site, explained what he was doing and why, after he discovered a true old hack job from old install( over 10 yrs ago ) wow. But, he got the flange replaced, new toilet mounted and all is well and correct!! Lol.. now my tenants and unit below are dry andsafe. thanks to diane and all pro speed!!!.

Duane arrived on time and worked professionally throughout, installed 2 toilets and 4 faucets and shower head. I will use again for plumbing services. Recommend.

Woke up one morning to my apartment room carpet completely soaked. Three days spent of other plumbers coming and apartment maintenance not really doing anything. They determined it was a pipe in the ground. Eric from All Pro Plumbing was called in to inspect and he found a small leak in the wall right away (seriously within 5 minutes). Super professional and friendly and will answer any and all questions you have. Should i ever need plumbing help again Eric will be the one to call!!!!

Got a slab leak like I did? Call these guys to fix it. They know that getting water restored to the home is critical, so they get here fast and they fix it right. I chose them because my leak detection technician recommended them: "they do a lot of these, they come right away, and they do it right". The only problem we had was that my remediation and clean-up guys removed the marking for where the leak was before the plumber got here. But the plumber - Michael J****n - called me right away, I got him in touch with the leak detection technician and they got the location pinpointed over the phone. Thanks to Michael's skill and experience with how plumbing is laid out under a home, getting to the leak only required a small hole in the floor. Best of all, the price seemed reasonable to me.

Wish I knew to call these people first. Found and Fixed our shower leak lickity split. It was very professional and performed everything without making a mess anywhere. Exceptional morning appointment! Fair prices too!!! Thank you.

Carlos and Duane were extremely efficient and quick to fix all our sinks at our restaurant. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

Duane was great. He installed 3 water heaters in one day with time to spare. Very professional and clean when he left.

Duane came and fixed my leaking shower and installed a new shower cartridge. He was very helpful and great to work with.
