I had been a patient of Dr Clower for almost 2 years. He is extremely nice person will take the time to talk to you and explain if you have any questions about your treatment. All the staff are very nice to you and makes you feel welcome

Dr.Clower is old school! I love him and the staff.Yes, I need more questions answered,however, this Gentleman is helping so many and so many parents and patients don’t listen.(You can’t eat certain things and the cement has to cure!).Straight teeth are a sacrifice, do not blame him for you not having self control! Yes, some staff, don’t know how to communicate.That said, He is a wonderful person...I so, will bring him a cup of salsa! Lol Come back with a bad review! I am ready for a positive.

Straightened up my teeth nicely and professionally. No stains or squares on my teeth, and they cleaned the glue off better than my normal dentist ever could have! 10/10 would come again!

My granddaughter goes here. My daughter drives a little over 2hrs to get here.

The only thing that we have an issue with is the parking, but the entire staff is awesome!

I love most of the staff up there, they are usually nice but they very understaffed and don't communicate well, it seems. Went to get power banks,(drove a hour and a half to get there) just for Chandler to tell me that Dr Clower changed his mind about doing it this time. I love going here but communication, especially since I live so far, would be nice😊

Doctor Clower is good but he needs a whole new staff. With that that said a business is only as good as it's employees. The lady usually at the front can be nice or rude depending on the day/hour. The insurance person doesn't know how to properly do their job so make sure you check with your insurance company to make sure they didn't try to CHEAT you! Also, the staff that puts on your brackets doesn't do them correctly frequently so they do fall off until they finally do them correctly. And expect to be at each visit for at least TWO hours for EVERY SINGLE visit because they schedule a lot of people for the same time period.

The staff is VERY unprofessional and disorganized. When I arrived, there was no parking. He is only in Columbus on Wednesdays and is jam packed. When I arrived, the person at the counter said for me to wait in my car and they will call when they're ready for me. They call, I come inside, he tells me to have a seat and he will be right with me. I ended up waiting inside for more than 30 minutes!!! I still had not been seen or told anything regarding what the hold up was. I was appalled at the number of patients walking around the office. What was the point of sending me to wait in my car??? When I went to the counter to tell them I could no longer wait and needed to reschedule, the guy was glib. He said "ok" and handed me my insurance card.

First of all, I want to say how wonderful Dr Clower is! He is awesome!
The downside to this practice in Columbus Ga, is the front desk, confused man! He has the mentality of a McDonalds worker! Truthfully, McDonalds employees have better customer service skills than he does! I can not figure out how on earth a person like him ever got a job in the medical field. I rarely encounter a person so rude and disrespectful in any medical work place. He leaves charts of patients open all over the front desk while he talks to other parents (Hippa violation). Discusses money owed with children. Wears female clothes that doesn’t fit! Showing his gut and tail crack. Dr Clower definitely deserves a much better office manager/front desk person!

The office manger in Columbus is real rude and thinks she can talked to how ever she feel very unprofessional Dr Clower himself is very sweet but if you get into it with her he will discontinue your treatment and that's so sad because travel to far to come this office or it's the only office that will take Medicaid

We came from Macon Ga where he use to come they are still RUDE, office smells and they need to work on there attitudes and sheduleing people , They are NEVER on Time and u play the waiting game im so glad our contract is OVER with them!! Would Never tell people abt this office!!!

Run...they are horrible...they make appointments you sit for 3 hours and the best attitude is wait or reschedule. They have the worst nonchalant attitudes as if they are doing you a favor for a service you actually pay for

It’s so ghetto no room whatsoever and the staff don’t even seem to be real doctors they’re always late rude and very unprofessional . Pls don’t come to this orthodontist find another place
