Had my first visit and it went very well. They go over everything in great detail.

Dr Bell & staff are the best

Affordable health and dental care.

The wait times are rediculous, and the reception staff was fairly rude. Actually heard one tell another, they hoped I just walked out the door. I was mad and did, am not going back.

I have been to 3 different David Raines locations, none of which have been good experiences, but this one in Minden is on a whole other level. I have been calling (377-1545) for an entire month now to schedule an appt and nobody bothers to answer or return voicemails. As a business could you be any more less ethical? Horrible.

Had a dentist appointment to get fillings but receptionist calls to tell me that my appointment will have to be rescheduled due to the doctor not being available for my appointment. They schedules me way in December from September. My tooth is aching at this point so I asks can I speak with a dentist to prescribe me medication for the pain. Receptionist proceeds to tell me that the dentist is not going to be in until a week later. This is the most ridiculous place ever. They don’t care about their patients whatsoever❗

I told my mom from the start not to go to this place! They let her run out of meds and med supplies and whenever she called she'd get the voicemail. She left 6 messages in 1 day and no response! I actually had to call them on 1 occasion and be stern just so she could get her diabetic meds! While under their care her kidneys failed and was hospitalized! She now has an awesome and REAL doctor! This place should be shut down! I gave it 1 star because it makes you rate it. I wish I could give it -5 stars!

I had an appointment for 8:00 am. They told me to arrive 15 minutes early to do my paper work. I got at the office around 7:30 to make sure I had plenty enough time to get everything situated. I was standing outside in front the door for 20 minutes (7:40-8:00). I was on time and 3 different people saw me outside but didn't let me in. I don't know why they would tell me to come early if I couldn't get in early. Once I got in, the lady at the front desk was very rude. I asked her "why would they tell me to arrive 15 minutes early? " She looked at me and rolled her eyes and said "I don't know"
They whole visit for me was horrible. I AM NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I arrived to my daughters apartment on time, early even. The receptionist was not attentive and also put her down as a walk in which caused us to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours.When my daughter was finally seen they could only adress one of the teeth she was having problems with because she was a "walk in".😑

Rude and disrespectful. Suggestion is to go to another dentist. Trust me it’ll be worth it wherever you have to go.

Took my ex wife to this dump, she happened to be 5 minlate they were rude and professional then receptionist told her they would have to reschedule her.

Went to get my tooth pulled last month and she thought she numbed my mouth but when she started drilling in my tooth I almost jumped out the chair ,she didn't try to renumb me or nothing she wouldn't even pull my tooth she just wrote me some meds and sent me out the door she didn't even try to pull it or nothing the staff looked at you crazy and rude I have never been treated so poorly.

The woman at the front desk are sooo rude. If they don't like their job find another one.
