Great furniture and prices! Beyond amazing customer service from the time I walked in the store and even during delivery. There was a minor issue with the couch and they had someone at my house the next day to fix it! I will continue to buy all of my furniture from this company and will gladly recommend them to everyone!

Overall experience was great when we walked into the store. The sales associate Cherlyn was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable of materials, pricing and discounts, friendly attitude displayed which drew us in to make our final selection. The store was neat, clean and other members of her staff were kind as well. The price was right, affordable and we made a great decision of stopping by! I ordered my items online. It was very easy to navigate the site, also convenient for me because I was able to pick the items up at the store. Customer service is great. I had a wonderful experience at this Railway store. The sales person went out of her way to accommodate me. She may great suggestions and found things that appeal to me and I was able to make my purchase feeling very satisfied and comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend the store.

My husband and I stopped by Railway Freight to look at sectional sofas today. Mrs. Jennifer greeted us as we came in and asked what we were looking for and took us to the most cozy sectional in the store. She gave us all the info, left us to discuss it and checked us out swiftly after we decided on it. I think our whole visit from beginning to end took maybe 15-20 minutes. Easiest buying experience ever. This will be the only place we buy furniture from in the future!

Our salesperson was Cherlyn. She was amazing. She did not hover like some salespeople. We went in for a recliner and ended up leaving with a couch and live seat because the price was so amazing! Cherlyn was so sweet and patient with our indecisiveness. I definitely recommend Cherlyn and Railway Freight Furniture for all of your furniture needs!

Cherlyn was such a huge help! I had intended to buy a chair I saw. After talking with her, we found another chair that I liked so much better for the same price!

We were looking for a bench to replace a broken one for our daughter’s dining table. After checking at 3 stores the sales person at Railway was so helpful. She went out of her way and helped us get the bench we wanted.

Went in with a friend for furniture. The sales representative, Cheryln, was AWESOME! We had set a budget and got more items than originally planned; furniture and rugs! Easy app process for Mr. Tony S. The delivery guys were so pleasant and respectful! They also helped insure our arrangement was to our satisfaction...moved furniture a couple times and made it work! Wonderful staff all the way around!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Jennifer greeted me as I walked in the showroom and asked what I was interested in. I told her and she led me to the area and then gave me time to look around. She gave me space but was close enough that when I had questions I didn’t have to search for her. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. When our furniture was delivered the next business day, the guys were setting up the sofa and there was a factory defect where the legs attach. They notified the store and a replacement sofa was brought the same day by a different delivery crew. All 4 guys were very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend Railway Freight in Columbus, GA. I will definitely use them again for my furniture needs. Thank you for such great service!! God Bless

Jennifer is amazing! She helped me get a sofa sleeper before the holidays when the original sofa I purchased wouldn't arrive till after the holidays. She called me with another option that fit my needs & can arrive before the holidays. She was so helpful & kind.

I had a pleasure experience, I knew what I wanted and was greeted at the door with a smile. I was given time to look around and take my time deciding if I really wanted the items I had picked out.

I purchased two mattresses from Railway Freight Furniture and my experience was nothing short of amazing! My daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we enter the door. We stopped in about 15 minutes before closing but Jennifer allowed us time to test out mattresses without ever rushing us to leave the store. She was very helpful by listening to our needs and was respectful of our budget. She never pressured us into buying something that we weren't sure about purchasing. In fact, she encouraged us to think about it first and purchase at a later date. I appreciate everything Jennifer and her staff did for us. Everyone was professional and not once did I feel pressured to buy something. I truly felt that everyone had our best interests at heart. Even the delivery guys were kind, respectful, and professional when they delivered the mattresses. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Railway Freight Furniture. I highly recommend anyone needing furniture to stop by Railway Freight Furniture first. I will definitely be a repeat customer! The prices are great and the friendly customer service is top notch!

Great experience at Railway Freight on this past Saturday. I forgot my sales lady’s name, however she was very friendly. What I was pleased the most with is her allowing me to look at my leisure! Just before going in, I was talking with a friend about how some other local stores will pounce on you from the time you walk in and follow you around making suggestions, asking questions. She directed me to what I was looking for, advised that she would be “over there” should I have any questions. So thank you for that. Lol, I did have questions and she was readily available and patient with me. The icing on the cake was I got 5 great pieces at a clearance price. The only down side is not being able to get the bed in a king size. So now I am trying to find the matching bed…other sites have it; I am just not pleased with the prices…lol. Nevertheless, I have a few other items that I will need to purchase eventually and I think I have found my store. They have some nice pieces with great prices and quality customer service.

Jennifer was great. After the introduction she allowed me to look around without feeling pressured to purchase something. They have lots of great furniture at a great price. I will be going back.

The delivery guys showed up at my house and did an excellent job with a "no problem" kind of attitude. The sectional didn't quite work the way I thought it was going to so they moved my TV and console around in just a few minutes and I was all set!! Thank you!!
