My mom ordered a gourmet gift basket with fruit specifically, for my birthday thru Teleflora. Yesterday, I received a basket from another florist who seemed to fling things into a basket, with no sense of flair. It didn't have one piece of fruit. Mom calls Teleflora and they refund her. She then places the order again with the request of a second florist-not sure what they are all about but they don't do gourmet baskets. So, at 330, mom and I think that Teleflora dropped the ball.
I walk out of work to go home and a nice man with an awesome blonde mohawk is hopping out of Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount's van. He goes in the back, not wasting anytime, and comes up to me and asks my name. Sure enough, it was my gift basket! With the most beautiful, fresh fruit that had clearly been hand-picked. And, an amazing cheese selection with crackers. Ritter bars galore! And so much more!
Thank you all for coming thru with the most amazing basket I have ever received-I have been receiving them for over 15 years now and you all are by far, the best. In the end, I'm glad the other florists fell through because we found a gem! I can't wait for my next delivery.

I’ve been ordering flowers from Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount for years. They have never disappointed me or my mother. They’ve delivered for birthdays, mother’s days, holidays, and just because days. I’m glad they’re still in business delivering flowers to my mom all year long. They’re the best floral shop in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

On Sunday the 14th, 2021, I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet from a large national flower company. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day. I received an email saying they were delivered. They weren't. I called the next day and had them send a replacement. Same issue. Email notification saying they were delivered when they weren't. I called and demanded a refund. I told them I would find someone local. A simple Google search brought me to Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount. I ordered a sympathy bouquet from their website and it was actually delivered!! Not only were they delivered, but they are gorgeous! I called them to thank them personally but I wanted others to know what an amazing job they did! Thank you very much! I highly recommend Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount for your local flower needs! I ordered an arrangement from this florist for a friend’s birthday. It was gorgeous and delivered on time. They worked with me to pick out something they new they could do with flowers available. The woman helping me was nice, patient, and personable, thanks for making her day special!

Sharon @ Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mt was wonderful customer service wise. I live in another state and wished to get flowers to a loved one in Rocky Mt. Sharon took my order, sent me an image (I request this of every florist from whom I order but not all oblige), got the flowers and message out lickety split and they were exactly what we wanted and as ordered and as indicated. Received order exactly to my specifications. Ordered by phone and the customer service representative was very professional, polite, and friendly. Delivery was prompt. Flowers were fresh and smelled great. Most important, the wife was exceedingly pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again.
