The Secret Garden II

If you want gorgeous arrangements made by someone who puts his exquisite talents and his
whole heart into his arrangements then you want to shop at Secret Garden II with Javelin (Jay). My family have used him for our floral needs ever since he opened up his store. In fact our daughter and her husband were visiting us with the grand girls when they saw the notice of the opening of his store and they went in the next day to order an arrangement for me. They were actually his first walk-in customers!!

If I could give Javelin Guilford and his staff 10 stars I most certainly would. Secret Garden II does exquisite work and is a gem in Rocky Mount. My mother was well known in the community and we needed a casket spray for her funeral. I contacted him, he designed that and so much more. I live an hour away, we were running a bit late with the funeral home, he told me don't worry I have you. He stayed open a bit extra for me, we discussed who my mother was in the community, what type of arrangement for the casket spray he envisioned and he even designed urn arrangements for each side and candles to set everything over the top!

My picture of one side of the spray at the visitation doesn't do the full design justice but it does give you an idea of just how talented Javelin is. He's my florist from now on. Hugs Javelin and many, many thanks for exceeding all expectations and coming through for me at a difficult and fast-moving time. If anyone wants the best floral arrangement, they definitely need to see you!

Javelin did an excellent job on a birthday arrangement for my mom. All the direction I gave was no pink flowers. Excellent customer service, I live in a different state and he sent me a picture of the arrangement which was a nice touch. Highly recommend his services to anyone that needs a great florist.

I am so impressed by the Outstanding Customer Service that I was given by Mr Javelin Guildford at The Secret Garden II. I called all the way from Central Florida and have had the absolute best experience ever ordering something special for my Best Friends Birthday. 100x’s Better than that ProFlowers and 1800Flowers. I’ll never order from large companies again. I have always been disappointed with these Corporate companies, the quality was horrible and just never had the love attached to it. Secret Garden showed me how it should be done. With LOVE.

Mr. Guildford answered all my questions in a timely fashion and their method of communicating was impressive. We take for granted the small Family Owned Businesses and what they have provided our Communities for way to long. We have to do better by them.

If I could give this store and Javelin 10+ stars, I absolutely would! Javelin delivered a gorgeous bouquet to my mother for her birthday and since I'm out of state, he made sure to keep me posted on status of delivery through calls and texts. That, to me, was above and beyond and shows his genuine kindness. Absolutely will order from them again!

Mr. Javelin and his staff did the most amazing job on my Grandmother's flowers and casket spray. We only gave him 4-5 words to describe my grandmother and the colors we liked. He and his team did the rest. Everyone commented on how beautiful the spray was and how unique. His arrangements we the perfect touch to brighten a sad occasion. I am sure that she would have loved them. Please give him your business and I am sure he will far exceed your expectations. This was our first time using him, but I know I will call again when I need flowers for any occasion. Javelin was able to accomplish what I felt was a complex request in a matter of 24 hours. I live in Raleigh and his shop is in Rocky Mount. I was uncertain at first of what florist to use since I’ve moved from the area. With that said, I took a chance with The Secret Garden II and Jay has been amazing. Secret Garden provided flowers for a funeral recently at our church h in Charlotte. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The men who made the arrangements and decorated the sanctuary were....talented, professional, friendly, dependable and I would highly recommend their services.

My husband’s sister passed away due to COV19 a few days ago. We opted not to drive or fly from Buffalo to attend due to health restrictions. So instead, we chose to remember her with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. The Secret Garden II not only did a phenomenal job on the floral arrangement, they were professional and took their time with me. I highly recommend their business for any of your personal or professional needs. I will be using them again.

I've not used this florist before but because of these 5 star views I'll be using this business for a friend who lost her husband. Jay is a friend of my cousin Cynthia Whitley in which he did her mothers casket spray which was the most unique and beautiful one I've ever seen. The colors and designs were like I've never seen before. You get five stars from me just on GP alone!

The customer service of Secret Gardens, was above and beyond, we are from Charlotte, Javelin went out of his way to make sure our flowers were there even tho it was a last minute order.then when the funeral home left it in the car, they made another and delivered it to the house.. , as a gift from them. I will always use them for all my florist needs.
