Very disappointing performance from an associate at this firm. A while back before I contracted a few issues and was laid up for a rather lengthy time I was working with an agent who was very helpful and responsive. She showed me a few properties and unfortunately we got beat to the the table. So I came up with three other properties and I text her like I always did, no response, called her , no response, left voicemails, no response, called the office and asked if she was still employed there, lady said yes, left a voicemail there, no response. Since I’m now on the mend and have a lengthy list of catching up this firm is on my list as letter P, for poor.

We used Domain to find a rental property while looking to purchase a home. Our realtor was miss leading and unorganized. When we requested information about utilities, she said it was electric amd water no gas in a text. Today my family has no hot water or heat. Gas was turned off and we now have to go all weekend without hot water or heat due to miss leading information, lack of concern, and unorganized management. We went 6 weeks without knowing any gas was hooked up never received a bill or any notification. Their suggestion was to find somewhere else to shower or stay warm. Would not recommend Domain to anyone
