I went through the drive thru this morning about 8:45 and I just wanted to say the ladies who helped me were absolutely amazing! Sarah at the window was so sweet and struck up conversation and I'm not sure who was taking the orders over the mic but she was such a doll! My drink was perfect and they put a little flower sticker on top of the cup and the whole experience completely turned around my not so great morning. Keep it up ladies! I hope yall are getting paid what you deserve or should get a raise for going above and beyond. Thank you!

This has to be the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been in. There were 5 cars in front of us and we were still in and out in NO TIME.

We also had a rather large order, two drinks and 4 food items. The gentleman taking our order was so patient and kind. The customer service here was top tier.

Jo is very knowledgeable in coffee and tea. He knows the blends for any occasion. Thanks Jo at Starbucks for making my morning great.

I actually went in because the drive thru had quite a line. I don't think it was any quicker than waiting in drive thru but the wait wasn't unpleasant

Easy to get in and out of. Convenient to other fast food locations like chick fil a, chicken salad chick, Hardee's, subway, and some others. Reliable with orders. Not a huge sitting area inside but there is also outside space for a pretty day. Decent amount of parking.

This is our mid way stop while traveling from our home to my sister's house. I love their chai lattes and my husband really enjoys his black coffee. Their lemon pound cake is delicious.

Went there earlier and was extremely delayed on picking up my mobile order due to catching up with a friend after moving out of town. I went in the the young gentleman with the curly hair acknowledged me, explained politely that it had gotten all gross so they trashed it, and went ahead and made me another one. He was super nice and will certainly look for him again whenever I come back in town for my daughters cheer practices. His nails were also amazing!!! 💅🏾

Such a calm vibe I get from there. I love the drinks and the food and go there quite often. Service is amazing as always.

Starbucks staff consistently moves their long line of customers through quickly.

The coffee is excellent
The food has improved and seems less dry than it used to.

100% 5 stars for the staff and knowledgeable drink making. We got our order messed up at another Starbucks 3 times in a row and they were able to make it perfect the first time we came here. Me and my husband love this place!

We went there today and had the absolute best server. Her name was Emma Leatherwood and she was amazing. We will return and ask for her every time. She is a beautiful angel.

Never tried Starbucks in my life. Too much hype iand far too expensive but I thought I would indulge just one time because someone else was paying for it and ordered for me. I tried the white chocolate mocha. It was amazingly delicious. If anyone was buying again I would definitely order again 😁

Love Itt my first time going to Starbucks and I got the mango dragon fruit lemonade I'm in love now and there food is soooo good and there are really nice people there

Recently started coming to this Starbucks and really pleased. The customer service is great and my drink is always right. The parking kinda stinks cuz it's just a small space kinda squeezed together but other than that definitely recommend!

This is my favourite Starbucks location! They rarely run out of items. Staff are really friendly and will remember your name and even your favourite order. They are really great with suggesting new items that you may like that they have tried. They do it in an organic way so that it doesn't feel like an upsale.

They are very consistent about cleaning and sanitation. I've never seen staff without mask or mask below their nose since the pandemic started. Very early on in the pandemic all of their staff had really nice mask provided to protect them and the public.

They are very efficient with managing lines so that you don't have a long wait. I have been going for over 6 years and I've only seen a long line a few times when they had reduced hours when the pandemic started and if their doing a promotion, but it is still a shorter line than the other locations in town. They really go through getting the orders right and getting the line down in a few minutes.

This location is very good at keeping the same staff so that you have someone who is really trained in your for me with when you come to order. This is very rare for a fast restaurant even Starbucks. Staff seem to like to jobs in a nice to each other In customers. When new staff are hired they don't seem to mind being near them in assisting them so that they don't get frustrated in the line gets a manageable. They very quickly correct any errors made. I will pass by several locations in town and sometimes have waited coming from out of town to go there. They also have seating inside and outside.

Th staff is diverse and they make everyone feel welcome and equally important.

It is located in a nice small, upscale,and beautiful outdoor shopping mall . It is beautiful and is very safe. It is a great area to walk around and have a meal while enjoying the scenery . Nearby restaurants have outdoor seating and picup for safety in the pandemic.Is very close to flat rock park and summon road for recreational activities.

Every time I order something from this location I always receive the best drink and best service. Tonight when I visited I placed my order and when I received it the wonderful young lady that handed me my drink informed me that she was new and still training and that of my drink didn't taste right to please not hesitate to bring it back and that she would remake it to my liking. Let me tell you, not only did it taste perfect but was probably the best I've had. I really wish I would have caught her name so I could have mentioned her here. But thank you for the wonderful drink and even better service.
