Quality Essential Renovations remodel one of my bathrooms. Casey and Donovan both came out promptly when I asked for a quote. They explained everything thoroughly and even had some elegant design ideas. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable all while having a fantastic personality that continuously kept me at ease through the entire process. The work that was done was pristine and by far passed my expectations. I have more remodel projects and Quality Essential Renovations will definitely get the jobs!

I had this company to come out and give me an estimate to do a roof repair not only did they end up doing the roof repair where they also show me with their was damage to my siding there was able to repair the roof and fixed the siding in a timely manner to fix it. thanks, I appreciate it for your help.

They installed new wood flooring and new roof on my home, and I must say everything looks AMAZING! All my questions were answered upfront which made for a very smooth transaction.

we have had more then few repairs and remodeling done from leaking pipes floor damage all the way up to roofs and retaining walls I'm not to sure they have a limit may be easier just to ask them what they cant do and go from there.

Casey Hepner scammed me out of $350. He was sposed to do work on my home Monday 3-20. He asked me to send the money for the materials Friday 3-17. He had a professional invoice emailed to me and everything. Provided me with a bogus contract that I did not even sign. In fact, the night he came to measure I was sleeping, and he told my daughter not to wake me up and gave the contract to her. The wee hours of Monday around 3:00 AM. He text me saying that he had just left the ER and was experiencing Covid symptoms but it was negative and he had a upper respiratory infection. I immediately text him back, asking him to refund my money for the materials because I did not want to wait for however, long it takes him to get better to do the work. Plus, you ain’t coming up in my house sick of course! At that time he had not purchased the doors yet per his own words. Casey gave me the run around and now has decided to disappear all together without returning my money or delivering my doors to me. YALL BEWARE OF THIS MAN AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM HE IS A SCAMMER. I WILL DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I HAVE ALL TEXTS AND PROOF!

Casey from quality essential Renovations completely wasted my agency's time and resources.

Casey is not the owner of this business and never had the authorization or consent of the actual business owner to make any sort of financial decision.

** Immediately after I posted my review on Facebook, Casey contacted me from the business profile and began to cuss me out. This just shows the person he is and the level of unprofessionalism he represents to the brand. **

My agency designed not one but two websites over the course of this year and was never paid one penny. It all started earlier this year when Casey reached out to my agency requesting a fully custom website for this business and when we finally delivered it, Casey went completely ghost and did not return any of our calls, emails, or messages regarding the payment and approval of the website. We let it go as a charge off because we figured that he had no intention of purchasing it.

Then a month ago Casey reaches out again to my agency requesting a fully custom-built website and even gave us specific details and description of how he wanted it designed. I guess that he forgot that he had already requested a website earlier this year and when I reminded him, Casey said that the actual business owner (not him) was not able to purchase the website at the time however that now with this new website, the second website that we designed, Casey had gotten the green light and approval from the actual business owner to move forward with not only the website but also our monthly marketing services.

We proceeded to designing him a website again and when sending it over for revisions and approval, Casey once again went completely ghost and did not return any our messages despite countless efforts. He only responded until recently stating that he does not like the design and therefore will not pay. Our agency could have easily done the necessary edits and revisions as we requested in order to get the final approval but Casey never even had the respect to even give us any sort of feedback whatsoever on our design because he never had the intention of purchasing it and simply wanted to waste our time and probably simply see how a professional design would have looked if he ever decided to purchase one which is completely unprofessional.

Our agency does not charge a single penny until the customer fully approves their website and we do not even charge a deposit however Casey was never the decision-maker and in my opinion never had the authorization or consent on behalf of the actual business owner to make any sort of financial decision.

It takes us hours of our time and financial resources in order to design a website and it is extremely frustrating and completely inappropriate and unprofessional when somebody wastes our time when they never have the intention of purchasing our services.

Over the course of this year we have wasted our time designing two completely free websites to somebody who never had the intention of purchasing them. This is not how you do business and I would have expected more from somebody who also has a client base and who also should probably hate having their time and resources wasted.

Thank you very much for completely wasting our time, our resources, and doing horrible business. The worst part of this is that you never had the respect to even give us feedback and you felt it was okay to reach out to my agency and give us specific details and information on how you want a website when you literally had no intention or authorization to purchase this website or any of our services for that matter.

I will be in touch with the actual business owner of Quality Essential Renovations because this is extremely unprofessional and I would hope that he is not as unprofessional as Casey.

this company installed a shingle roof and a metal carport roof in September of 2019. We had a drought, but the rain finall began.. By October, we had enuf rain to see that the metal roof had a few leaks. I told Casey about this and asked him to come by. Here it is October 26, 2019 and he has not only not come by, but he has quit corresponding with me. Tonight, I finally told him to contact me in 5 days, or im contacting an attorney. I look in my file for the confirmation of the 20 year warranty they gave me, and i find i have nothing... no signed contract....no 20 year warranty guarantee.... Im very worried.

Donovan Brown replaced my shingles roof with a metal roof last year in 2018 and gave me a 5 year warranty but he did not honor the contract I would not advice you to use him
MY home is still raining in side now it was not
Even a month after he did the job and my roof has leaks in four rooms now .January 2019.

Casey from Quality Essentials Renovations is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met. To have the audacity and disrespect of using your business profile to be rude and cuss out customers is unheard of.

Your online ratings are completely ridiculous. Check out all of their complaints on all outlets, you will be surprised what you find.

It was clear that my project was not as important as other projects they were simultaneously working on. This resulted in workers constantly showing up late to my house and staying late at night(one of the workers slept on my back porch one night), my project being severely delayed, terrible communication from managers, rushed work that was not quality, and they left me with a damaged porcelain tub that was in perfect condition before they arrived.
