Mario's Pizza & Restaurant

Dined in tonight. Can't remember the name of the dish but boy was it delicious! The shrimp, chicken, and sausage, and the sauce was delicious! I also added the house salad with my entrée, which was also fresh.

The customer service was great! I was seated and less then ten minutes my food was on the table.

The food is always delicious! I've been going there for several years now. Servers and all staff encountered are very pleasant, great customer service♡◇♡◇♡

We had stopped on a long distance trip. They were busy so we expected less than a stellar experience. We were so pleasantly surprised. Our server was on her game 100 percent. She welcomed us and said she’d be just a minute to seat us. (Her hands were full delivering an order). She promptly had us seated, drinks were very fast followed by our meal even with additions and questions on the menu offering (sadly I was that customer that day!). We would definitely frequent this spot if we lived closer, but will make it a go to when traveling! Kudos to the entire team!

Spent one night in Rocky Mount and saw Mario’s was close to our hotel. Placed an order for pickup. Food was ready, promptly. Portions were generous. Our meal was very good. I hope to be back again someday.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming entrance - the atmosphere is romantic yet casual. The food is amazing and the service is very friendly. The calamari was fresh and the sauce traditional Italian. Ordered the Veal Parmigian - which was exceptional. The Veggie Calzone was delicious but slightly disappointing. Seemed like the ricotta was forgotten and veggies were very oily. The house Chianti and Italian dressing did not disappoint. We have enjoyed their Pizza previously - and highly recommend it.

Food was good especially the French fries and the sweet tea. Service was great and very nice . The cheese steak was good but more onions and mushrooms with some garlic and onion salt would have been awesome..

The food is outstanding. Plain and simple. I am VERY picky with my Italian food and the chicken parm was to die for. I went out of my way to leave a review for this restaurant because I was so impressed. I complimented the owner and he is a really respectable gentleman. 5 Star place for sure.

They are like family. Best cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Highly recommend. My family and I go there weekly.

We ordered trays for 25+ family celebration. Every bite was great. Mario even made sure the wings & bread were hot when we picked up. Great sauce, chicken parmigiana, meatballs, everything excellent. Friendly helpful suggestions and service too!

The shrimp and chicken pasta was so creamy, cheesy and freshly made. The customer service was amazing. The chef brought the pasta to me with pride. You should definitely try this place out

We had first gone to another restaurant, and the girl at the counter just ignored us, and the restaurant was nasty, so we left. We were trying to find somewhere else and my dad said I want pizza. While my dad was at his appointment I noticed this restaurant in the same shopping center and knew it was Italian with pizza. We came here and we were seated quickly and the waitress was so attentive. We saw that they had a margarita pizza so we ordered the big one so we would have leftovers. When the pizza arrived to the table it looked and smelled fantastic. When I took a bite it was heaven! I have eaten alot of pizza in all my years in many different areas of the US. This pizza takes the cake. I swear this is the best pizza I have ever had. My dad is VERY critical of restaurants and he said that they had great service and that the pizza was fantastic. I have been craving this pizza for the past 3 days and I'm contemplating driving 35 minutes to just get this pizza. (we live 35 minutes from Rocky Mount). If you are in the area you really need to go to Mario's. You won't be disappointed 🙂

This is a great place to dine in! The atmosphere is cozy. Service is wonderful. Food is always delicious! From salads to pizza, they've got many selections on the menu to satisfy your craving. Give them a visit if you're in the Rocky Mount area.

Chicken Parm is always fantastic and staff is always very polite and attentive.

I have lived in Rocky Mount my entire life and I have never ate here until a few days ago. Let me say this...the food is AMAZING!!! My husband and I were beyond satisfied with what we got. It was so good that we ended up going back today and ordered some more food. Also, the manager is very sweet and friendly. You will get great customer service here and will not be disappointed! We have found us a new spot to eat at now 😊🥰
