I love doing business with this company whether it’s in person or on the phone. They are very friendly and nice. I don’t understand much about insurance and they are completely honest. They will explain what you don’t understand. I spoke to one representative name Michael and he explained all the dos and don’ts with auto insurance. He wasn’t trying to trick me into any insurance he was there to help me. Mr. Hillary is very nice. He helped with my rental insurance policy. Additionally, he sent me an actual email for my birthday. (It’s a big deal to me)

Everyone is nice and respectful...the only thing i don't like is you all keep going up on my insurance. I have not had no reason for you all to go up on my insurance i can see once a year, but every six months. The Conley with All-State is such a good company they answer all of questions any problem i have they are always there to help me. I'm happy with them i even have my home owner insurance with them also.
