Don Eduardo Authentic Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

It’s surprising that there is a restaurant of this level in such an industrial area. The relatively refreshing Mexican food is very healthy and seasoned just right. It won’t make you feel like the traditional southern food is greasy. Especially the tomato rice is particularly delicious. The fish is also grilled until crispy and tasty. You can even chew the remaining fish bones, if you also like to eat whole fish.

The food here is great! Down here for traing and I always try the local restaurants. This is definitely going on my list to return.

My wife and I ate there for lunch. Service was great! Polite and on time with drinks, appetizer, and entree. I ate enchiladas enmoladas. Hard dish to get right and they nailed it. Not even a piece of rice left on my plate! My wife ate the fajita chimmi and she loved it also.

I go here sometimes when working in this area and I really like the food but I think the best thing is the staff, they are awesome. And the jalapeno margaritas are bomb!
