Let’s see… where do I even begin? I am not one to usually leave reviews unless I have had a really good or really bad experience. Winnfield Ivan Smith Furniture has never disappointed me! I have been a long time customer of the store for one reason and that is because of Damon Fitzgerald. I really hope this review is read by his supervisors because I want them to know what an asset they have. Damon has always been so kind, helpful and eager to assist me when I have needed help. Recently my washing machine died, so I called him immediately. What I love about Damon is that he treats me not like a customer but like a friend that he is eager to help. He remembered from previous furniture purchases that I have a lot of fur babies and that my washer never stops. Little details like that matter to a customer… he suggested that I should upgrade to a commercial size washer. I never would have thought about that and it has made my life so much easier!! He is very knowledgeable about appliances and he knew exactly what would be best for my needs. Damon also knew that I could not be without a washing machine for a long period of time so he had my new washer to me by 10 oclock the next morning. That is what I call service!!! I hope Damon never leaves Ivan Smith because he makes the dreaded task of making decisions on appliances so easy. I wish the world had more people in the work force that actually care about their customers needs instead of just trying to make a dollar. Again, I can not give enough praise to Damon Fitzgerald for all of the times he has made the buying process so easy and painless.

Ivan Smith in winnfield has amazing customer service and strives for excellent. I called and needed a washer for my dad. They gave me an amazing deal and delivered for me to an my dad despite not having a delivery truck. Ivan Smith in Winfield is the most awesome place, they have alot in stock of whatever you need. I bought my stainless steel stove, and my King size mattresses that are so comfy. The customer service is awesome they are there to help you, in whatever you need, and they don't force you to buy. I won't go to anybody else but them. I am so happy with my bed set I got , I had to order my bedframe but it was so well worth the wait it was more beautiful in person than on the website. He listened to what type of furniture we was looking for and delivered great ideas. We got everything we needed from this store. Love how I was able to to look around and not get pressed to buy I was looking at recliners . I sat and reclined in everyone until I found what I wanted then Damon helped me with my purchase and got it delivered Monday afternoon. I love love my new recliner. Will definitely return to purchase again soon.

We love the furniture! I do wish we would have stuck with my choice and had gone with the two smaller side recliners because the leather ones are bigger. It still looks good though. The color combo all blended very well, real pretty.

Everyone had patience and was very polite. They were also extremely helpful with making sure I got exactly what I wanted!!
