DXL Big + Tall

This is My 3rd attempt , this site dissappears the minute I try to send
I travel 125 miles to shop at the
Springfield Missouri store
This trip was a Birthday Gift for myself
I was happy with my purchases but I questioned the prices on a few items
Your products are Good quality hut the prices are very expensive
I needed a pair if shoes., DXL wanted $100
I passed it up
While shopping at Sketchers for my wife I
Found the same pair of shoes for $50
I had several purchases at other stores priced about the same way
Maybe DXL could do more volume with lower pricing
I'm a walking/ talking billboard for DXL
BUT I often hear the same thing. Too expensive
Being a volume dealer has advantages and we the consumers are able to purchase more when the prices are lower
If you ever decide to open A new store
Mountain Home Arkansas would be a great place
I send people to DXL. Some say 125 miles is too far and like myself, I hate shopping online, the size charts differ from store to store.
This would be a very good location with a 50+mile draw of customers
And Mountain Home is an upscale area
= lots if perspective buyers and they have purchasing abilities
I'd be interested in coming out if retirement if you ever decide to make the move

Danielle was super helpful with helping me tie my tie! I always buy from this location and walked in about 1:45 on 09/11 and she was there to help me! Amazing customer satisfaction here!

Awesome! Walked in needing a suit ASAP and walked out with a full 3 piece suit, a shirt, tie, and dress socks to boot. All with the help from Josiah, he has a gift of looking at you and knowing your size! Very friendly from start to finish.

I like this please it has clothing that can fit me. I wish it was a little bit cheaper cuz I feel like they're taking advantage of the bigger guys. But it's better than buying a lot of stuff online.

For a small shop, they have a good selection and access to order much more for the big and/or tall man in your life! They also have an awesome store manager that is super-helpful with both the inventory and your budget. Prices are pretty reasonable, too, if you're familiar with the higher prices of big-and-tall clothing.

Picked my self up some boots fits nice size 16 Deer Stags I love them ill be shopping here agian great store!

I love this place. Seth is the absolute best. So many of the customers come in and treat him he's their therapist though. I don't think I've ever seen anyone in a soft line customer service role with that much patience. The prices are high but it's a wonderful example of supply and demand. Did you have a hard time keeping certain sizes in stock. But there always willing to help you order it online and have it shipped to your house.

Great staff!
Local JCP and Kohls have stopped carrying name brands for B&T, and this store doesn’t either - what an opportunity to bring a full size store to Springfield and become the only area B&T with name brands! Until then, I’ll keep shopping online.

Great customer service. Very attentive to what I was looking for and adapted to my various styles. I was heading out of town and he put together an excellent outfit.

Phenomenal staff!! Everybody in the store was eager to help and went above and beyond in order to help my boyfriend find the perfect shirt and tie for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend and I was truly delighted by the exchange we had in this store, including the effort put in by not only the associate on the floor, but who I assumed to be the manager at the time as well.

Every time I come in the manager Seth is super helpful! He always goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. He will even check your measurements and order what you need online if they don't have what you are looking for in their the store. I will definitely be back because of him.

I have been in here twice with my partner and brother. The staff is always happy to help, even with customers like my brother who locked himself out of the dressing room at least 10 different times. The man working also offered his honest opinion about some of our choices and convinced us to try different sizes that we surprisingly ended up going with.

They were amazing set up my account with John he was excellent. Hands down this is mine and my husbands favorite store..Thank you for your amazing service. See you Soon
