What a pleasant surprise! As soon as I walked in I was hit with that great southern hospitality. I ordered the BVL ultimate breakfast with sausage and eggs, grits and a biscuit on the side. Everything was fresh and hot. I will definitely return him to this location.

Biscuit heaven! This store was so cute. Loved all the homey, country vibes. Fun to see biscuit being prepared right up front, with a mirror above to you don't miss a pass of the rolling pin. Employees were so friendly and welcoming: from our order taker who was patient and helpful with our questions to the order server who apologized for the wait (of maybe 3 minutes?) and wished us a good day. We enjoyed our biscuit sandwiches - and indeed had a great day!

This restaurant blows away the competition! Pancakes, hash browns and sausage egg biscuits were all delicious. The dining room looks brand new and very unique. Bathroom was nice too! Wife wanted Biscuitville, so I searched Google maps for Biscuitville, found this one enroute and it was right off of interstate 85, so we went for it and was completely satisfied at the choice and decision to go with this one specifically!

Only the 2nd time I've eaten at this location. No joke, I walked in the door 1:30 on a Friday, and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was almost like it was remodeled, but it wasn't. Everyone was working and they all seemed to like each other and took pride in their work.

I learned how to tweak my order which made a significant difference in the flavor.

Tracy sure does know how to manage a happy ship. They don't pay her enough and she deserves a franchise!

You don't see places like this where everyone seems to be happy at work!

What a great place. The food was delicious and made right in front of our eyes.... The place was very busy since it was breakfast time. But the staff managed it with grace and a smile.... Wish they had this company up north where we're from!

There was a young lady at the window that took my order and she offered me their new biscuit and she even suggested at the end to fill out a survey. My biscuits were just the way I ordered them. Thank you Biscuitville of Henderson.

Tianne was super awesome. It was my 1st time there, and she was super sweet and helpful. I asked her what she suggested, and she actually chose the one I was thinking about. The food was awesome! The entire experience was refreshing!

The food is out of this world! I will be going back soon. Everything was amazing, from the food to the staff. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! The biscuits are homemade from scratch. You can even watch the biscuits being made through a window.

1st time ordering from here and it was delicious! Staff was super friendly. I also have to say they were very organized and speedy considering you can only go in the drive thru because of the Covid-19. The line was wrapped around the building but they were surprisingly fast!

Love coming here, they are always friendly and polite. Food is always great, and if you have a problem they make it right.

My boyfriend accidentally threw the strawberry muffin away so I asked the cashier if I could get a replacement. Initially, he was going to charge me so I left. But he ran out and got me and the lady in the back gave me a free replacement. It meant a lot. I appreciated her gesture and I highly recommend this location because of that type of service to customers.

I tried the apple butter sausage biscuit this morning and it was really good! The food is always fresh and hot and the service is always SO professional and welcoming!! I wish they stayed open all day lol!!

The drive-thru lane was wrapped around the building so we parked and went inside.
The service was prompt and the food was good.
What made this place awesome though is they were slammed and instead of the manager barking for them to be faster, she was complimenting their efforts and telling them that they were doing great!
That made my day! I've never heard any positive reinforce from manager to their staff in a fast food restaurant and it was great to see and hear!
You can tell that their culture is a happy one, the lady kneading the dough to make biscuits took time to fake toss some flour at the kids watching to get a few laughs from them and they had a good amount of staff which is very telling of a happy workplace in today's times.

My new go to spot for a quick but delicious breakfast. The biscuits are light and fluffy. And I love that I can get cheese grits here they also have turkey sausage. I shall return to try other menu options

The whole staff was amazing this was a first time for us and they gave us a shout out when we told them! It was so clean and the food was delicious so much so we came back for another meal! The staff is so friendly and nice!

Went through the drive-thru around 10:30 am and received polite, professional, and courteous customer service. My food and coffee were hot, delicious, and eye-pleasing. Will definitely come back!
