Good place to find just about anything you need last minute, but some things you can find at a better price in other stores.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT A DRUGSTORE AND PHARMACY WOULD HAVE

The people at the pharmacy are nice and they do try to help out with getting my child's med filled.

Don't use if you expect to get a prescription filled the same day. Had mine sent at 1:30 pm and called to make sure they received it and was told that they didn't have time to fill it that it would be late the next day before they could get to it. So 4 and a half hours isn't enough time in small Elizabethtown. And before anyone tries to say, people from other places are coming to have their prescriptions filled. No, they'll go to the bigger towns around here. Because I tell you what you can go to Fayetteville or fort Bragg and get it filled in 15 minutes.

This CVS used to be better than it currently is. There are still a few friendly people that work there, but some of the employees are very rude and huffy acting if asked anything, the phone system often doesn't work, they are often short-staffed, and other pharmacies in the area are cleaner and have much friendlier and helpful staffs overall (such as the independently owned pharmacies in town such as Anderson's and Dickerson's as well as Walgreens and Walmart also).

Staff in pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. I got a text message at 12:07 saying they they had my prescription. When I got there at 1:10 I was told I could not get my prescription until 2:15 because they closed for lunch at 2:00.

Take that stupid, retardant, dumb-founded-whoever created this needs to be fired as voice response robot off y’all phone line, it’s stupid and I had to hang up 4-5 times just to connect to a representative in the Pharmacy THAT NEVER ANSWERED!

Store manager is RUDE. He definitely makes the shopping experience hard to actually enjoy. I can’t count the amount of times that my mom comes home upset from shopping at CVS because he was rude to her. How can CVS employ someone like him is beyond me, but corporate will DEFINITELY hear from me after our last experience there. If the store manager is reading this, please learn to have some manners and if you hate it there, at least act like you’re getting paid to have a personality.

Booked appointment for second covid shot. Gets there and only booster shots are available. I said yall could of called me. Save me the trip of driving in the dark to get it.

Pharmacy staff is RUDE. I understand the pressure and it’s unfortunate but don’t take it out on me! If you don’t like your job Dr. Parish, find a new one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Extremely rude and discourteous. Take your business elsewhere.
