Very friendly office and shop personnel. They Really treat customers with respect and understand the value of customer service. If you need commercial tires and are looking for svc and value this is definitely the place to go.

It's definitely the best place for tires. Friendly Courteous atmosphere. Cheap good tires. Had 2 new wagon wheels (low pro) which are normally higher than standard sized tires, and 2 mudflaps 600 bux.

We will always remember the good samaritans at Hester Tire who helped us get back on the road after running out of gas. They volunteered their gas can a loaner vehicle, and even poured the gas in the tank for us. Highly recommend the business. They go above and beyond.

My husband has done business with them for over 20 years. According to he and our son, you can't beat them, and the owner is one fantastic fella! They always get great service, as well as fantastic prices. You just can't beat them when it comes to tires and rims, and excellent alignment services. With great prices and excellent service, it's no wonder that Giant tire resides there!

I stopped in because my tire light was on while on was on a long trip. He filled the tire and checked it for damage. A very nice group of people. If I lived by I would definitely continue to do business with them.

We were headed back to GA from Camp Clearwater. 6 hour drive that day, constrained on time because in a couple days we had a 17 hour drive to Iowa for work. My tires were bulged definitely needed new ones. They got me in that morning and I was out of there in an hour-hour and a half. They were pretty busy too. This was really helpful considering I had a 6 hour drive and didn't want to make it in late. Ladies up front and especially the guy running things were a huge help. Even explained some stuff to me about my bearings and how to fix. Great service.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Hester Tire. Yesterday while evaluating coastal SC headed to Raleigh, NC the tire pressure light came on my wife’s car and we stopped at Hester. Even though they were extremely busy a young lady at the counter got someone in bay 1 to check the pressure in the tires. The young man was extremely courteous and after determining the pressure was ok checked the tire sensors and found 1 defective. Made our ride to Raleigh less stressful. As busy as they were they didn’t have to help us so quickly, but they did. Thank you!!

As usual a pleasurable experience. Their courtesy and service is unmatched..they strive for perfection and there is a reason I come back for all my vehicles tire needs. Just like my grandaddy taught me all those years ago. If you have a tire need or tire issue Hester's can solve it quickly and with minor expense and with quality products.

Very good service. My tire had been loosing air, only had 20lbs nitrogen in it. They changed a bad air stem and put 15 lbs of nitrogen in my tire and didn't charge me anything. I've paid out $25.00 to a place in Etown in the last 3 weeks. They did nothing but collect my money. So Thank you Hester tire so much. I'll be getting my tires from you from not on. Merry Christmas to you and you staff.

Price was good but we waited 2 hours to have to trailer tires put on my boat trailer only to have the valve stem leak all the air out later the same day.
I have updated my original review due to the customer service Tony has displayed with taking care of my issue. He sent his service truck to my place at the lake and removed the flat tire from my boat trailer and has taken it back to the shop to reinstall the tire on the wheel and has checked it several times to make sure there is not any problems with going flat again.

Never had a bad experience here. I've been here for tires, car inspections, and random odd questions about tractors and such. As you might expect in small-town America... good, friendly, honest service.

Hester Tire is absolutely the best tire shop on the east coast. If you want down home, family owned, first class service then Hester Tire is the place to go. They will beat anybody's price and they are the absolute best tires shop hands down. If I could give 10 stars I would!
