This is by far the best Popeyes in the area compared to Columbia or Hattiesburg locations. My order has always been correct here and the employees are very friendly.

This is perhaps the quickest service we've ever experienced at a Popeye's. They weren't overly friendly, but they had our order to us within a couple minutes. Our local Popeye's always keeps us waiting for ten minutes or more, so kudos to these guys.

I wish I could say that I got the names of the 2 ladies that worked the window the last 2 times I visited... I didn't though 🙁 Different employees both times but same excellent customer service each time. Very rarely can I get that type of service from anywhere these days. To the manager and your team-- GREAT JOB!! A little kindness goes a LONG way.

Hot fresh food and customer service was 2nd to none... The cashier came out to each table just to make sure that all the customers were satisfied with their food and service. Clean and hospitable atmosphere...

We were on vacation and camping just out of Collins. We stopped in for a late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was quick and efficient, and the chicken was hot and very good. NOW here is the “shoutout” to this place. Later in the day I realized my wedding set was missing. Popeyes was one of our stops so I called to see if on an outside chance someone had found the set. The manager said they found one ring, but was only a band with a large diamond. My set was a ring guard with a cluster ring inside. I told him I’d come after church the next day to check it out. A few “tearful “ hours later he called again to say when they were cleaning up they found another ring. We immediately drove there and to my great elation it WAS my wedding set. We just celebrated 59 years of marriage and it was so special to me. THANK YOU to honest employees and caring management. Monette Vincent

Food was wonderful. Loved the twisted shrimp. First time trying Wild Honey Mustard sauce, love.it.
I used the restroom, one of the workers was as well. After using bathroom she did not wash her hands. When I came out there she was behind counter preparing food trays..

What a little gem. First let me say , there is 18 wheeler truck parking. The place was super clean. The food is always good at Popeyes. The manger was active. I heard her tell all employees to wash thier hands. A customer likes to hear that! While I was there the dinning room wall behind a booth was being cleaned. At the end of our meal the young lady manager came around checking how meals were. At this point I put 2and 2 together. The manager is the key to this store. You have a real winning manager. All I can say is excellent job. Excellent store. The food is always the same. It is the people that take it from good to excellent.

We don’t eat fast food often, however, while traveling back home to Louisiana from a long weekend trip in Gulf Shores, we stopped for a quick bite to eat at Popeyes Kitchen at 3190 US- 49 N, Collins, MS 39428. We were shocked there wasn’t a line out of the door due to the high demand of their chicken sandwich. We later learned they were out of bread due to high demand. Facility was very clean, calm environment, food was good, but most importantly the staff was amazing!!! We were traveling with our 2 year old daughter that needed out of the car to move around and she was acting pretty wild. The staff was very welcoming and laughed at all of the things our little girl was doing. Of coarse, acting like a cute little 2 year old. Peaches was our cashier and she had a great personality. I didn’t catch the managers name, but he was very professional and he had a great attitude as well along with the rest of the staff. It was a different positive feeling from the staff inside of the restaurant. There weren’t many restaurant options to choose from in Collins, Mississippi, but we needed a break from the road which led us to Popeyes. We were hesitant to stop with all of the recent social media and riot like videos we have seen, but it was nothing like that. We’re glad to have had such a pleasant experience with a super staff at Popeyes. We pass though all the time with our beach trips and we will definitely stop by again. Owners and management, keep doing what you do, because it’s working! Maybe next time we will be lucky enough to experience a chicken sandwich!

Food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly. We went through the line very quickly and the food was ready when we got to the window. Great job guys!

First time going to the one here in Collins since they opened up. When I got there the drive thru was full, so I went inside to place my order. I was expecting a wait since the drive thru was full but Nope! The manager on duty had help and was getting the orders in and out in no time. Everything I ordered​was excellent and had even my picker eaters eating till they were full. Keep up the good work Collins Popeye's.

The food was fresh and crispy with a light oil flavor. Wasn't heavy or weighted down. The cashier was nice and the drive thru was moving at a steady pace.
