I have been a client at the Rocky Mount location for over 3 years. I was in need of a reevaluation of the hearing aids I wear daily. Due to the pandemic, it was not immediately known whether I would be able to obtain needed supplies. Allison is the easiest person to work with. She mailed me a package of supplies, so when I went to the location, she made sure to check if I had a change in hearing, updated the software and taught me how to use the app on my phone to change volume and determine battery life. Great customer service!

I really enjoyed the staff member who completed my husband's orientation! She was patient and information. She answered all of our questions and emphasized the importance of calling her if and when we had any questions or concerns about his hearing device.
