The staff was friendly. The repairs made to the car were superb. The car salesman told me they could tell when a car received repairs due to an accident. If I didn't tell the salesman, he would not have known the car was damaged previously.

Our son’s 2013 Dodge had some dents and dings on one side that needed more than shade tree mechanic to repair. Due to an accident, we were sent to Carolina Collision Center by the other party’s insurance. We asked them to quote repairing the other damage, and they gave us a very reasonable quote to repair old damage. They had the car about a week, and when we picked it up it was perfect! They matched the paint perfectly for a 10 year old vehicle. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and the work that was done to our son’s car.

I highly recommend Capital ford in Rocky Mount. This is the second time I have had to have body work done on one of my cars. I drove an hour and a half to have it fixed here. Their work is impeccable and they go out of their way to help you.

I have used Carolina Colision Centertwice in the past for auto body and paint work, the staff is friendly and great to work with. The whole process was easy and completed within the time they estimated. However I found a few minor paint issues with my paint when I picked my truck up this last time. I brought these issues up to Glenn and he was more than happy to work with me to get theiasues corrected and make sure I was happy with the repairs. Ita a company does when there is a problem that what shows true integrity and I am greatful for their effort.

Geico recommended this service and I'm glad they did. Everyone at Carolina Collision we're very professional and friendly. After the appraisal they notified me of the repair cost and time to repair. We came back the next week and returned the rental and drove home.
We've had no problems and our vehicle looked like it did when we bought it new at the dealership.

Ny car was vandalized while staying at a hotel in Wilson and my insurance, Geico recommended Carolina Collision in Rocky Mount. They towed my car several hours after I called them and Harry was awesome about communicating with me. Unfortunately the part that was needed was not going to be available for several months and I had a rental car, so Harry send my car to another shop where they repaired it quickly! I was in the middle of moving, so things were quite hectic, so it was so very helpful to return my rental car at their shop when I picked up my repaired car and they also washed and cleaned out my car, it looks brand new again! They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this business, top notch!

Repaired rear quarter panel. When I got it back it looked like new inside and outside. Great work. Will definitely use them again if needed.

My car got rear ended in an accident and I took it here to get it repaired. I figured it would take at least a week but I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready that next Monday. They even cleaned my car inside and out! If you’re looking for quality work this is the place to go!

These guys took my Jeep, which had been involved in a hit and run, and repaired it back to looking brand new. Fast and efficient with their work and very professional! Definitely recommend them!
