We wanted to trade in our electric recliners that we just bought from them and we wanted an electric love seat! It was a go ahead and we ended up getting a love seat and matching sofa. Possibly getting a fireplace too. Outstanding experience!! Kenneth was amazing as usual!!

We love shopping at Neal’s! Sales personnel are very friendly and helpful but do not hover. They let you shop at your leisure but are there to help when needed. Great furniture at great prices!

I was stressed,because I needed this love seat,and couldn't leave my husband at this time. The sales lady was wonderful. She went above and beyond to calm me. Helping me get not only what I needed but what I wanted. And my sister said she even laughed at my corny jokes. We have had great experiences at Neal's. Both times I have bought from there.

We always try to shop local with family owned businesses, and Neals Furniture fits that description. Have always had great interaction with the sales associates both in Okmulgee an in Sapulpa. Eager to help with our issue, and received call same day to address our repair problem on a flexsteel power reclining sofa. Mr Skinner in Sapulpa was most helpful, cheerful and a great asset to you business.

I went to 5 stores before coming here. I told the gentleman exactly what I wanted. He said “let me show you this & we can get it in your price range & options you want”. I bought a loveseat & sofa. They had to be ordered because I wanted some options different than what was on the floor but that’s fine. They had a great selection & awesome customer service! I will shop here for all our home furniture & appliance needs from now on!

Krysta greeted as I entered the store. She was very polite and courteous. I told her what I was looking for and she she took me to look at a couple of recliners. She was very helpful in getting me financed for the recliner I chose. I was very impressed with the layout of the store as I entered. I was able to receive same day delivery. The delivery was a pleasant experience as well. They were very nice gentlemen. My shopping experience at Neals was excellent. Thank you.

Amazing service. I purchased a washer last minute on a Sunday and they were still able to deliver. In store staff was great she helped with a price match from another site and made the experience great. Delivery staff was also super friendly! Definitely recommend!

Krysta was fantastic. Very helpful, and not over the top pushy like most furniture places. She answered all our questions, provided a couple different options to building the bedroom suite we wanted and packaged up our orders on several items in quick fashion. This is our second visit and purchase from this store and they have yet to disappoint either time.
