AT&T Store

The young lady helping us was so helpful in selecting a new phone and answering all of our questions. She was a very good employee!

I had an amazing experience at the ATT store in Okmulgee, OK. I needed help transferring the data on our old phones to our new phones. The employee who helped me was named KIA. She transferred the data and she couldn’t have been more friendly! I highly recommend her and this store!!

Christian and Dee are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Christian was super helpful and friendly while handling our business and Dee was soooo friendly and kind. I don’t know the other young lady’s name, but she was super friendly also. They made us feel so welcome. That really means a lot.

Our visit to the Okmulgee store was great! Christian helped me upgrade 2 phones. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering all my questions to help me decide on the best option for the upgrade and also with fixing an issue with another phone. It was a lengthy process but he remained upbeat, positive and professional the whole time. I never felt rushed or pressured. Stephanie was also great! Top notch service and employees at this store and Christian is definitely an asset!

Dee helped my daughter and I. She helped me get some more internet, I have to go back so she can help me get it going when it comes in with that as well. She is great and efficient, made my visit go smoothly! Would highly recommend her 10/10!

Went in store today for plan pricing and to check out devices. Left with a brand new phone. The representative that helped me (Christian!) Was awesome. 10/10 recommend talking to him. Helped me with everything and was very knowledgeable and professional. Store was very friendly! Check them out!

Just came in for a couple accessories and the representative helping me (Christian!!) went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with everything! Very professional and informative!! I will now ONLY come to see him when I need assistance. Very good work Christian!! You’re a star!!

Bought 2 phones in 2 days at this store. Marvin was super helpful on both deals and lowered my bill while doing it. I didn’t know of the promotions that result in savings... but he he did. Lower bill.
Then, a few hours later Buddy Blair ( store Rep) called and said “ Hey we found your phone..” A brand new Pro Max I had just lost. I couldn’t believe it. This store really came through for me on all levels. Solid customer service and Solid integrity. Keep it up guys. You’re the reason I roll with ATT. Must be good leadership at that store... Shout out to Ms. Dudley. And NO I am NOT a paid spokesperson... this S$&@ really happened. This is the first review that I have left... Ever.

If you go to this store make sure you only deal with Christian. If he isn’t there, leave, go home, put the kettle on, come back the next day. Still not there? Go back home and finish a few episodes of House of The Dragon, maybe put the kettle on, then go back to the store. If he’s not there, revert back to putting the kettle on and more House of The Dragon or go to work to pay your phone bill. Keep trying until Christian is at work. Only person you want to deal with. Will save you a lot of time and money. I will only go to this ATT from now on.

Stephanie is one of the nicest people ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I was getting burned out on my old phone killing batteries and losing service. Stephanie helped set me up with a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and accessories to make sure i dont break my new phone. Ill always come back to her for all my phone needs!

I stopped by this AT&T store since it was near my new workplace right when they opened. I walked in and met a smiling, very professional gal (Sonya) who actually seemed glad I was there. I told her that I had torn up my charger and just needed a new cord. She walked right over to it, asked me if there was anything else I needed, verified some information, and I was on my way. Whenever it's time to renew my contract or upgrade my phone, I am going to find her to help me. She was great. In fact, I could use a few more people like that where I work.
