Harris Teeter Pharmacy

My regular pharmacy had a shortage of my medication and just told me to call around and see if anyone has it. HT not only had it, but were very helpful in getting information from my regular pharmacy so they could get it filled for me, treating me great even though I wasn't regularly with them. Happy to be switching my main pharmacy to HT !

I've only use this pharmacy a handful of times and I seemed to be pleased every time. They didn't have my medicine I stock last week and they made sure they had it ready for me in less than 48 hrs

I order all my medicine online. Very quick to fill and all the pharmacist are very helpful. The website for scheduling vaccine shots is not to good, but that's not the local stores fault.

Pharmacy is terrif! Have everything I look for except Brasso or Pikapeppa sauce. Can't find the latter anywhere

Always greeted with a hello and a smile by the pharmacy. Might always have those times where takes awhile due to the Dr hadn't responded to send in renewal on prescriptions or wait on the med or meds to come thru on delivery..but other than that I have never had any problems.

When I left town without my medication, Stephanie at Harris Teeter was extremely helpful. Even though it was the very end of her day, on a Saturday night, she searched for open pharmacies in my area. Since none were open after 6pm, she promised to call in my prescription the next morning. She called to let me know it was accepted and a small amount was filled at a pharmacy close to me. Thanks Stephanie for going above and beyond!

Parking is a pain but the products here are great. Love that they use real chicken breast for their subs. Sushi bar is fantastic. Boars Head meats and great quality items.

They tell you your prescription will be ready but when you go it isn’t

Every month is a hassle with them for my gf to get her meds. They will tell her a pickup time and it's never ready when they say. And the staff always acts mean like it's her fault when they're the ones who set the time for pickup. Every month she goes to pick up her meds it's the same exact thing with them. Get you stuff together pharmacy!
