McDonald's

I have dietary restrictions and the they are always very helpful and understanding. The manager made my burgers herself. She asked me how I wanted them and then brought it out to my car to check it was made correctly.

Best fries ever! Very hot, and delicious food. I never really go for the food, just iced coffee. But I'm glad I chose to grab it on the go!

One of the newer McDonald's in Wichita Falls, and quite popular at that. Although the line at the drive-thru, it moved quickly.

Everything was great they got me in and out most definitely go back again

Foods always hot and fresh. Always eat the nuggets and they are never dry or stale here.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's, and if given other options I usually pick them over McDonald's. But I was in a hurry and was traveling and I'm glad I went here. This was the best quarter pounder I've had in ages from McDonald's. The cashier was having a good time and made us laugh. The workers here didn't mess up our order, which for McDonald's, that's amazing... I'd definitely go back to this McDonald's. Not saying every McDonald's is great but this one was. Thanks for doing everything right.

Whoever the young female team lead is at this location- give her a raise. She was hustling those (clearly new) employees like a star football coach, being positive and encouraging and just plain getting things done in a whirlwind of efficiency. We confused some staff with our oatmeal order, but it got corrected quickly and the food tasted great. We’ll be back

Always a good experience however, Ashley that always runs drive-thru hasn't been there and it's obvious. She is fantastic and wish she would return.

We drove thru & I added pickles to the Mc chicken. So good. As usual, the Happy Meal was a hit.

The person at the speaker taking orders in the drive thru was not paying attention or simply doesn't know his job. I ordered a burger and a sweet tea but he charged me $8.?? I asked him to read back my order and he read it exactly as I ordered and when I got to the next window after I had time to look at the receipt, I guess the guy was trying earn an extra 5 bucks. Watch out for the price you are asked to pay as opposed to the pride on the receipt!

Customer service was wonderful. The team was helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Food was fresh and delivered quickly even on a busy morning. They have 2 interactive tables to keep you and your guests occupied in a fun way. We could have stayed there for an hour drawing and placing puzzle pieces. Never had a better experience in ANY other McDonalds.

This is one of my favorite McDonald’s and today they were super kind. I ordered 4 apple pies but they only had 3. They asked if I wanted anything else I said no it’s ok. They brought me an Apple fritter in place because it was apple flavor. Super thoughtful!

I get soooo hungry sometimes I start to get grumpy. This is my go-to McDonald's for a stomach settling mid day McChicken. When OMAD isn't gonna cut it, go here.

When we turned in, the line for the drive thru was crazy backed up, but we decided to stop anyway. I must say, the employees did an amazing job of moving there line quickly and efficiently while maintaining exemplary customer service! Great job!!

I've learned that the little things can make a big difference. I enjoy extra butter on my hotcakes, but I failed to add it to my mobile order. Well, when I received my order I looked in the bag and "YES"...there was more than one butter! Way to go Crew! 😋

Friendly and fast service. We haven’t had any trouble. Been to this McDonald’s at least 2 does times now.

One of the best McDonald's in town in my experience. I come for lunch pretty frequently and the staff is always friendly, orders are processed quickly, and the food is always prepared well. The inside is always very clean as well, and not too busy or crowded.
