Dr. Grace Jere has been my PCP for a long time. She is sincere and knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my needs and helps empower in my care. She really cares for her patients. I am glad she is part of my health team.

Teri Gibson is not only a knowledgeable PA that I trust completely, she is a kind and caring person. She has spent so much time just listening to me. She makes you feel like you are the most important person she has to see that day. Yes, you might have to wait to see her but she is worth it! I’m so grateful for her!

I have never had a doctor more awesome than Aaron Pico! Every visit I have is usually light-hearted and kept fun, even when talking about serious topics. He makes you feel very comfortable, and the office itself is nice and usually pretty quick. I have never been kept waiting for more than 15 minutes past my scheduled time!

Anne O’Hara is very personable and very thorough. She has helped me by looking at all issues combined rather than addressing one issue at a time. She has been easy to get in touch with through messaging on the Healow app and she is very quick to respond! Highly recommend!

The Provider I see is Anne O'Hara, NP. She and her staff are wonderful. They listen to me, and actually take time to answer any questions I have. My appointments don't feel rushed and I actually feel like they care about me ans my health.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. O’Hara on yesterday. And I want to add that, I’m a former employee of BWC and it went very well. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and friendly, and also helpful. The wait time is was under 10-15 minutes. Dr. O’Hara’s nurse was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And she shows compassion and understanding for patients. Dr. O’Hara was terrific. She made me feel like a patient instead of just a number. She actively listened and addressed my questions and concerns. She was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed. She attended to all my needs in just one setting unlike my former provider. It was an overall positive experience from the front end to the back end.i would highly recommend those searching for primary care to contact them. I am extremely pleased with my visit and I know that I’ve made the right decision when I transferred care. Awesome group of people. Keep up the good work ❤

Dr. Pico has and will always be my favorite doctor. He welcomes his patients with the warmest smile and is eager to give knowledge and wisdom when due. Mr. Pico isn't a doctor you see and forget, he is one to remember because he cares. Thank you for all you do. God bless.

Very short waiting time. The sign in staff helpful and curious. Love Dr mar-zook. She was very helpful with my check up. Was a positive person and was not negative with anything. I would refer my friends and family to see her.

He always listens and always collaborates with the patient to find the best solution for their health needs. he has been me and my wife’s physician for the past six +years For just a check up or for sickness, he is very sufficient, in helping you . My Dr Aaron is a very good Dr. My nurse I had on my visit on February 7th,2024 she is very good at what she does. Iv have been there for years and they been very good to me on every visit. I give them 5 plus stars.

Dr. Marzouq is very good. She is thorough, professional , detailed and listens to her patients. It is obvious that she cares about her patients. Boice Willis is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Rana Marzouq.

I appreciate when it came to seeing my baby she’s 2. They were very quick with gettin her in to see what was going on with her and how they could help. Once in she was seen and tested they were so nice as always. They asked did I have any concerns or questions? We chatted about if I was doing everything I should be doing (because I just like to ask because I’m a first time mom) They always let me know I’m doing just fine and let me know if I have any questions I’m more than welcome to call and ask.
