These guys were awesome. We had a semi emergency with one of our locks and they were kind and accommodating. Got to us quickly and fixed out problem in a timely manner. Seth the locksmith was very nice, helpful and informative. 10/10 recommend them for future service.

Moore's has stood the test of time by maintaining excellence at what they are good at. Great supply of "regular" bikes for average community members. And your one stop shop for keys and locks!

The customer service is on point. I just purchased a "GIANT" mountain bike. From them. It's a beast. Road it once, the cable for the rear derailleur had stretched a little. So I took it back, they repaired it with no charge. Their knowledge of the hobby and all the different types of bikes. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS! They also make keys, takes a couple of seconds. Supporting a local business. Please do the same.

I grew up riding what I thought were mountain bikes, until I bought a REAL one from Moore's Bicycle Shop. Moore's is located in an unpretentious building that has a nostalgic feel. The prices of their bikes are noticeably different from "department store" bikes, however, so is the quality and service. The employees I've encountered are very pleasant to talk to. From my multiple visits, Dee was at the point where she should've lost patience and just ran me out the shop, but instead, she educated me on design and purpose of different bike types, and she truly did aim to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. From insisting test rides, to studying my likes and wants, to not rushing the process, I'm not only satisfied with, but also very appreciative of the service that was provided - so much so that I ended up purchasing two bikes from Moore's (they even special ordered one since I didn't like the color of the model). I saw exactly what Dee meant in saying the quality of their bikes was much different from one you'd buy from maybe a department or sporting goods store. Locally, I've taken my mountain bike out to Medoc Mountain State Park (see review) and the mountain bike trail at Battle Park (which I learned about through the employees here after going back to share my experience of the Medoc Mountain trails). So far I have been VERY happy with performance. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you're in the market for a bicycle (they sell more than just mountain styles), or if you need a key or locksmith, because they do that also.

These folks are Superb!! They didn't have the bike I was looking for, so they referred me to likely a competitor. I also wanted a key copied, but it is a specialty key they can't copy. So they again gave me the contact for two businesses that could. What excellent customer service! I'll be giving them my business in the future.

I needed some hard to find commercial s blank keys cut and they were able to accommodate my needs in a courteous and professional manner. I would recommend this business for all of you key cutting, new bicycles, and bicycle repairs.

I haven’t picked my bike back up yet so I’ll comment on the quality when I do. I’m sure it’s amazing though.

Ok so my husband and I haven’t ridden a bike in AT LEAST 10+ yrs. We purchased a bike from Walmart and Dunham’s. They were both pre assembled.

My bike had a lot of screws hangin all out and the brakes were a tad wonky. (We’ve only had the bikes for like a month). My husbands brakes were a tad “loose feeling” as well. So we figured y don’t we bring it here and c if they can help.

Walked in and the whole place was full of bikes. Like no walking room, allll types of bikes. It’s was pretty cool. Dee looked at our bikes for like 2 seconds and immediately could tell what was wrong, and not only did she tel is, but she honestly taught us quite a few things abt how bikes work, how parts are to be positioned etc. She is sooo incredibly knowledgeable. My husband and I learned sooo much from our 10-15 min convo. It was great!

So anywho two wks later (they were delayed due to corona. There were a ton of bikes ahead of us) and she called me, left a msg, and was abt send me a txt when I called her back. I mean TALK ABT COMMUNICATION!! That is what I’m talkin about right there!!

I was already impressed by her knowledge and customer service but that right there really took it over the edge for me!! Also the price, VERY reasonable! I never went to a bike shop b4. I figured they’d b super expensive... nope I was wrong. To get my hubbies bike adjusted was only around $30. Mine was more b/c long story w/ the brakes but anywho I’m still VERY happy with the price.

I’ll update this post w/ pix of our bikes when we get them back but I know, just like State Farm, they’re in good hands 😂😁
