Good experience in Lumber today. Usually when we load we have to chase people down to help. However today, Jesus saw us heading to the truck with our load and quickly helped. Further, he made sure the wood was balanced on the trailer and had super fantastic attitude! Now if you could only clone him for lawn and garden!

The store is conveniently located right off the I 85 corridor- an exit of Henderson NC - close to several different stores , YMCA & Hospital. In the store scooters available when needed all lined up nicely with signs that said fully charged. The scooters don’t go very fast - so you don’t propel line jet skying and beep beep when backing up - this is a customized store with all kinds of appliances lamps cleaning products building products candy toys - seems to have thousands or more of different household products- all neatly arranged on shelves way up- Craig the customer service Craig very respectful friendly & courteous. major disrespect at the customer service desk- the two acted like they didn’t know what to do but gave us the receipt for the temporary pass - these two young ladies could use some education in correct communication and manners to the customer as people get older - or anyone for that manner star -review adjusted-On Wednesday morning I called to see the delivery time of the appliance. From the supervisor store manager & executive office- people was rude & condescending- acting for the same information over & over- acting like we were trying to flem flam an appliance- totally unacceptable customer experience- when suggested the customer service 2 people to be asked as well as the appliance rep- met with total coldness and unkindness- finally when Craig came on duty at 11am - he called- at first he was upset with-me-but as he LISTENED - he realized it was the customer service 2 employees that the 2 customer service employees had dropped the ball- resulting in a very very bad embarrassingly emotionally experience for me.After having a rough medical procedure the day before- I was was already fatigued- and one family member and myself had gotten up several hours earlier to receive the delivery - and I was planning to use the appliance later in the day. The 2 customer service people need retraining from customer service to job description and training- the purchase was on the weekend- I do not believe this situation would have occurred if the regular store manager had been on duty- these girls acted badly- not representative of the Lowe’s gold standard resulting in a lot of misery for me as the consumer.After Craig clocked in- after a few seconds listening- he realized what had happened- was totally apologetic - quickly rectified the situation-adjusted the cost of the appliance -to my satisfaction. I would give him 10 stars if I could - the 2 stars is for the organization- merchandise- cleanliness & scooter availability - in the store - otherwise it would have been 1star. Had this incident happened during the week- I do not believe it would have happened - employees do what they are supposed to do when their supervisor is working. It was absolutely appalling- the way I was treated before Craig came on duty yesterday. Finally the appliance was paid for over the phone and placed on a different method of payment even though approval on the Lowe’s card was approved because it would be a few days to get the card and my older family person & I was exhausted trying to deal with this situation and heavy cold rain all day - unable to drive to the store. It was a totally emotionally draining experience- I felt that - especially the appliance supervisor - store manager & corporate people could have handled the situation so much better- looked at the store footage from Saturday- and contacted employees who worked that day - im sure some of the ones who were present and heard and saw my family member and me make this purchase. Hopefully this situation won’t happen again- every consumer is not dishonest- better listening skills and better research would have gone over a lot better and the 5 stars would stand.

My fiancé and I went in to pick out our appliances for our first home and Aljoronda helped us. She made our experience easy and stress free. She was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend her if you are in need of any appliances.

Tamesha in ceramic tile went out of her way to help me on the phone. She went back to see how many pieces were in a box. Walked to customer service and wrote my order up. Very helpful with all of my questions. She was very helpful. Hope she is there when I pick up my order so I can meet her. It was getting close to closing time and it didn’t bother her any. Thank you so much.

I appreciate Lowe's military and veteran discounts.
I have to give a shout out to Rico, in lumber. It's one thing to ask for assistance, but another for an employee to see you struggling and offer assistance. He was a great help and was even there to help load the materials in my truck.

Went to Lowes looking for a dryer cord or an adapter honestly really didnt know..lol met the most helpful and knowledgeable ladies that made sure we got what we needed I also learned that to you can use a range plug for dryer but not the other way around to much voltage the older lady really knew her stuff I didnt get her name but I was thoroughly impressed Thank You lady in appliances on sat morning!

I recently had to purchase some lumber and other materials and went to the Pro service desk for assistance. I left my list with Tim and he called me back with a quote within a few hours. When I came back to pick up my supplies Edgar was there to assist me, he also helped me sign up my business with Lowe’s Pro. He explained the program and all of the benefits, he assisted setting me up for delivery and made sure I got everything that was on my list. It was really busy that day but he provided GREAT customer service and took out the time to explain things and not just point me in the direction.

Nice clean well stocked store, and the lady at the customer service desk was super helpful. Price on item we were shopping for was actually lower than we thought. Always happy with service and selection at Lowes.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim Wilbourne at the Lowe's in Henderson, NC. Mr. Wilbourne has always been so helpful in assisting me with my appliance purchases. He really goes above and beyond the call of customer service. For example, he always takes the time to provide me with the full spec list of the appliance I am inquiring about. If that were not enough, he provide competitor options, so that I can compare and choose what is best. Being able to compare three brands of the same item, at a glance, is very helpful as you can then see the pros and cons of each. He is always patient and just a wealth of knowledge, when it comes to the appliances. If he does not know the answer (which has been rare!), he puts in the effort to find out.

Mr. Wilbourne has followed up with me with phone calls and emails, to make sure my appliance inspections, installations, etc were completed and done so in a timely fashion. After my install, he called to make sure everything went well. If there was a wrinkle, he'd iron it out. Honestly, in this day and time, you don't find customer service of this caliber. Tim, thank you so much for making my appliance transactions/installations, go so seamlessly and I look forward to working with you again.

Usually has everything I need and am looking for. Cashiers are friendly but the pro sales desk is the best. As for departments the heads of the plumbing department are great and knowledgeable too. Returning items has never been a problem either. Sometimes you will have trouble finding help I am told but I really have not needed help finding what I was looking for.

I don't go here often, but when I do, I almost always fine what I need. The only times I haven't is because they had sold out of what I was looking for. It's always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Got in and out quick. Staff is always helpful but if you're one of those never-ask-for-directions types, connect to the WiFi, visit the website, and find the aisle/bin location of the items you're looking for. Be sure to select the right store first!

I actually went there yesterday to purchase potting soil and garden soil. Along with a couple of empty pots for several types of summer bulbs I already had on hand. However, their garden department must be what it's like to be when you actually have a drug addiction! I've never been in this type of problem..but everything was so lush, so well taken care of and healthy I really just wanted to whip out my debit card and straight up overextend my budget! Hahaha 😅😅😅😅! Like I really DON'T already have TOO many plants at home ALREADY!! But seriously, this place is where you want to go if you want people who can help you get beautiful plants and help you take care of them! I'm pretty sure I'll be back, as Arnold Swartenezegger says...in the Terminator movies! I think I misspelled his name..but please don't hold THAT against me! Just go buy you some great plants 😉😁😉!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We needed a new refrigerator ASAP and every where else I called wouldn't be able to deliver until next week. So I called the Henderson store and spoke with Renee in appliances and she was able to get our new fridge delivered the very next day. She was so friendly and helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed to get off the phone like many other places I had called. The delivery guys were here by 11 am and they too were very friendly and professional. I sure do miss my Henderson Lowe's store.

In the process of remodeling our bathroom this week we were in search of a new bathroom vanity.
After searching the internet we located one an hour away at the Lowe's Home improvement store in Henderson, NC.
I called the store first to make sure the vanity was in stock before driving the sixty miles.
A Lowe's customer staff member in plumbing said they had the vanity in stock and double checked before telling us to come get it. When we arrived the vanity was sitting in the bath/ plumbing department on a cart waiting on us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also assisted us in finding the other items we needed from fixtures to paint. Out of all the Lowe's stores we've ever shopped at this store has the best customer service hands down!
Every department in the store and more than enough employees to assist customers with their needs. Thanks to the there young men I tried to tip for helping load our purchses into our vehicle. Too bad Lowe's wouldn't let them accept tips but I understand.
Thanks to all the Lowe's employees at the Henderson, NC store for making out shopping experience a positive one.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from the Henderson store and had a ice maker not work. The Lowe's Service center was great taking care of this issue and finally had to replace the refrigerator. The "new" refrigerator did not ever get cold, so 24 hours later, The delivery guys brought another refrigerator(same model). I cant say enough good things about the delivery guys. They had to take the doors off the refrigerator because of it's size and even after the 3rd. delivery where very polite and efficient. It's because of the delivery guys and the store management that I remained a happy camper after 2 swaps. GREAT STORE SERVICE.
