Fitness Sanctuary

Just went to my first class with my Fiancee yesterday. Mashawn was awesome and all of the members were very welcoming! Definitely a tough workout but Mashawn gave us options for all of the exercises so we could scale the intensity up or down to fit our needs. We will definitely be back!

Mashawn Copeland and Fitness Sanctuary has been instrumental in helping me get in the best shape of my life at 47 years old. Mashawn and the other coaches are great at pushing you at your pace and helping you transform into the person you want to be. It's like a big family and I doubt I'd have the success I've had without this gym.

Shawn and his team not only have amazing programming, but they make you feel part of a family. I'm so incredibly thankful to have found the Fitness Sanctuary. I feel stronger, leaner, and more confident. If you're looking for the perfect mix of strength training and metabolic conditioning, look no further. This is your new fitness home and family.

Fitness Sanctuary is a family owned gym who makes you feel like part of their family. Very nice equipment and regimented workouts with many times to choose from to fit your schedule. Attentive to your workout needs to make sure you are doing the workouts properly in order to not injure yourself. Mashawn and Haylee and their children are such wonderful people to be around and are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. My husband and I loved having Fitness Sanctuary as part of our daily routine.

Great place to go where you feel like family, me and my wife love the atmosphere and the workouts. My goal is to get fit to where i may be able to join the army national guard and i know Mashawn will get me there, he's a great trainer and I'm glad me and my wife chose fitness sanctuary! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone. Thank you Susan and Mashawn for all you do!

Fitness sanctuary is a fantastic Facility with incredible people! You really feel like you’re part of a family all working towards the same goals and everyone there is super friendly and supportive! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a personal trainer or a gym that will produce amazing results to check out fitness sanctuary!

This is the best gym in Owasso! Not only are the trainers great, knowledgeable , and motivating but the other members are too. You feel like everyone is family because it is so uplifting and welcoming to all. You can come and start at any level and the trainers will help you and push you to meet your goals. I love it here! And the youth programs are awesome, my 12 year old daughter loves it also and I’ve seen big improvements with her motivation to push herself.

couple of months. Mashawn and his team has been professional,

incorrectly they are always there to correct your form in a positive way.

Fitness sanctuary is more than a gym it’s a lifestyle! The environment is so inviting! If your just starting out or an experienced individual there is something for everyone! This is such a great gym for all lifestyles and ages. I am a full time working mom with children in sports and since they offer so many different times for the classes I am able to fit it in my schedule. The staff is incredible and they push you in the best possible way with the workouts. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the door – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Shawn and Garrett are awesome to work with! You can tell from your first visit that this is not just a gym. They strive to make it feel like a community. You are not treated like a client you are embraced like a family member. Whatever your fitness goals are these gentlemen will get you there.

love the positive atmosphere at Fitness Sanctuary. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. The classes are challenging and definitely push you but the group atmosphere makes them fun! The trainers at fitness sanctuary genuinely care! They want you to love it and learn at the same time. I am incredibly busy yet they motivate me to come even when I come up with an excuse! I wouldn’t go to any other place! Thankful for these amazing people!

If you are looking for a gym you definitely need to give Fitness Sanctuary a try. Mashawn and Garrett bring so much positivity and are always encouraging. It is a welcoming, family like atmosphere. Coach Shawn is very encouraging and knowledgeable about how to get fit. It’s a family atmosphere too! He’s always positive and patient. He works my and my teenage boys out at the same time!

Incredible atmosphere for a gym. Trainers with you the entire time. You have accountability partners on day 1 when you step into the gym with the people taking the class with you.

You can also train and lift by yourself or even receive private sessions if you are more comfortable growing that way.

Mashawn is an incredible trainer. He is at his core a wonderful person in and out of the gym and within the community of Owasso as well. He can push you outside of your own limits and have you smiling while you are doing it as well. My husband and I value him as a trainer. He is very talented at what he does and he keeps things exciting.

There's no place like fitness sanctuary. You'll never meet a more motivated and hard working owner that is always smiling and encouraging. I look forward to working out with everyone in my class and have become addicted to making time to go. Always fun and the time flies. Can't say enough good things about it!
