Fast, friendly and personal service! Nothing like the big chain stores that are always late, lost and lose my Dr prescriptions. Love this place!

It went very well for my 1st visit. My meds were ready (weekly pill pack). My questions were answered by Devin. Most of all, I didn't have to stand in a very long line. The pharmacy was very clean and nothing looked out of place. There is also delivery and it's not that far from where I live. I am really impressed with it all. And it has "SNACKS" and other medical products. I was really impressed.

I was waiting for a prescription to be filled nearby for 12 days and Devin handled everything. I didn’t have to be a middleman between pharmacies trying to get the prescription transferred. Devin handled everything for me and was able to get my medicine delivered. I cannot explain how grateful I am for what she did for me today, I was very sick but I’m now feeling so much better.

The customer service at Medical Park Pharmacy is outstanding! They genuinely care about their customers and it shows in all the little extra things they do. Their knowledge and professionalism is much appreciated.

Only pharmacy I’ve ever known that can have a prescription ready 10 minutes after being called in. This pharmacy is always accurate and the staff is very polite. After having horrible experiences with Walgreens and CVS, knowing I can always rely on Medical Park is a breath of fresh air. I recommend this pharmacy to patients on a daily basis! There is not a better place to get your prescriptions in the Rocky Mount area.10/10 do recommend.

I am so blessed to have this pharmacy so near me. It beats the big box stores any day. When you walk in, they know your name. They fill prescriptions very quickly, so one is not sitting there forever to get his medicine. I just feel like RMMPP can't be beat by anyone!

I get my prescriptions filled at Rocky Mount Medical Park Pharmacy and a couple of my prescriptions were taking longer than normal or on backorder. Kathryn was super sweet & filled me in, patiently I might add, on what was going on. She called me weekly to keep me informed WHICH was appreciated. Thanks to all of the RMMP staff.

These guys rock!! They are always super polite and know you by name but it's much more than that. They are always available to help, they are never too busy to take the time to help you with your concerns and questions. I may call 3 times in a day, they are never aggravated or short with me, they understand. They go above and beyond and have a genuine concern for their customers health.
