Calvary Baptist Church Rocky Mount NC

Disclaimer: I haven't attended a church service.

However, my son attended Vacation Bible School here and really enjoyed it. The sanctuary is very nice and the playground equipment is clean. The VBS program seemed well-organized and I really liked that the youth of the church were assigned to help lead the small children through their classes (shoutout to Carter -- he was great!). This church seemed to be very friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I have visited Calvary several times and will soon be joining. Sunday School at Calvary is a true learning experience and Pastor Brandon Dees is a humble man who loves the Lord, teaches the Bible, and shares its message in an inspirational way that all can understand. After only three visits we feel like a part of the Calvary Baptist family. Oh, and how could I not mention ... the choir and music at Calvary are excellent, offering a nice blend of traditional and praise songs.

Everyone is very friendly whenever I visit this church!

We got a great paster. He knows the Bible very well. I am thankful and blessed for that
